MM294214****必須誇一誇酒店的接送服務。出發前我看到有接送服務，就抱着試一試的心態問了酒店，衹要提前預約就能有，司機還提前到達了，生怕堵車，一路上的聊天氛圍也很輕鬆愉快，得知他是在下班之後還來接我們的。這種“提前到達”的守時和主動服務的意識，讓我們的旅程從一開始就充滿了安心與愉悦。酒店大堂，前台工作人員禮貌友好。辦理入住流程高效迅速，她們耐心地回答了我的所有問題，語氣温和，態度親切。打開房門的一刻更是驚喜！房間比想象中還要寬敞，佈局合理，絲毫沒有侷促感，甚至還能在房間跑兩步，最讓我心儀的是那個寬敞的陽台！
當然，作為住宿的核心，乾淨整潔是底線，而這家酒店做得堪稱典範。無論是地板、衞生間還是床品，都看不到一絲污漬，光腳踩在地毯上也覺得很放心。每一層都有的洗衣房大大提高了我們的便利，床鋪柔軟舒適，一夜無夢到天亮，為我們第二天的行程儲備了滿滿的精力。總結來説，從守時的接送、熱情的前台，到寬敞的房間、愜意的陽台，再到無可挑剔的衞生，這家酒店的每一個環節都做到了極致。它不僅僅是一個歇腳的住所，更是旅途中一個温馨的港灣。我毫不猶豫地將它推薦給所有追求品質與細節的朋友，下次再來，這裏必定是我的不二之選！

GGuest UserThe room is clean and tidy, the service attitude is very good, the quilt is very light to sleep on. I asked and was told that it was a goose down quilt made by the boss at a high price. I asked how much it cost, and the manager said the cost was too high, at least less than 2,000. So I might as well just come here for free on a business trip, haha.

MM12675****I went to a Halloween 🎃 there on the weekend. I went to Zhapu to rest in a traffic jam on the road. I stayed at a hotel. I didn't expect it to be really pleasant. The front desk service was very good. We used to be at 11:00 at night. The front desk lady was still smiling. Talking amiable. Next time I come to play, I will recommend friends to this hotel, and there is a laundry room on the sixth floor. The facilities are perfect and you can also play table tennis on the third floor. Give five stars a big praise.

The twin room is enough for two people, and I prefer the design of the sink outside the bathroom.
Good location, very close to Kowloon Mountain and nearby business district
Parking is free
The only fly in the ointment is that the air conditioner is on the bed, the head is not very comfortable, and I have to change to sleep.

TTianhailancathy先説優點：週一去的跟前台説要安靜的房間，照做了，房間挺大，床墊軟硬適中沒有凹陷，睡的舒服，被褥都蠻乾淨，空調製暖挺好的，稍微有點聲音可以接受。有衣櫃衣架。停車方便，停在隔壁有計費的停車場，每次出門到前台掃下二維碼就免費出門了。前台旁邊就有小超市，買飲料小零食方便。走200米左右到東湖邊。送兩瓶水，拖鞋洗漱用品都有。
缺點：沒有正常高度桌子，電視櫃矮了不適合吃飯，我訂的雙床衹有一個凳子，叫外賣吃飯不方便。洗澡水水壓和出水小，熱度可以。總的來説102元性價比挺高的，如果能有個簡單的小桌子就更好了

Some guests bring pet dogs to and from the outside, that is, it is unhygienic and there are safety hazards; the security guard smokes in the restaurant in the lobby. That is, it endangers the health of the guests and is not civilized. These two behaviors are extremely inconsistent with the hotel level, and rectification is strongly recommended.
There are no smoking signs at the front desk, but the security guards are blind.
