百侯山庄 is truly a gem addition to the town. The property is very well maintained, peaceful and tranquil. Everyone from front office, kitchen, security and housekeeping are like family and we had many lovely conversations with them. Special thanks to the chef for our daily breakfast who cooked up all the lovely Hakka dishes and even treated us to a special one on our last day. The climb to the top of the hill at the back of the property is well recommended if you have the stamina as the view is beautiful. Location wise is ideal as 百侯镇 is just across the road as well as 田园农庄 around 600m up from the right of the property serves very tasty Hakka food definitely worth the walk up. Overall our trip back to the ancestral hometown has been made perfect with our stay here. Just want to say thank you to all the staff at 百侯山庄 for making this a complete and memorable trip! (and kisses for the residential dog 绒绒)

This time I went back to Tai Po to visit relatives and stayed at this hotel. The hotel is very convenient to eat in the city of Huqi, especially the two noodles and mouse boards bought next to the hotel and opposite the hotel are very delicious. The price is very cheap and only 4 yuan. The hotel environment is clean and the bed is comfortable. The front desk service is in place and warm. Hot flower tea is provided. Check out and 2 bottles of water are recommended.

Wonderful stay at Jingwan Hotel, Songkou. I had a fantastic experience staying at Jingwan Hotel, conveniently located near Songkou Ancient Town, a charming historic area known for its peaceful atmosphere and cultural heritage. The room was very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was especially comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. What truly made this hotel stand out, however, was the exceptional customer service. I received tremendous help from Xiao Zhu, who went above and beyond to make my stay smooth and enjoyable. She guided me on how to get to the hotel, recommended places to visit and eat, and patiently communicated with me through WeChat despite the language barrier. Her kindness didn’t stop there—she even gave me a ride to the bus station on her bike, which I deeply appreciated. I highly recommend Jingwan Hotel to anyone visiting Songkou. The warm hospitality alone makes it worth the stay!

Girls, you absolutely must try Jiduo Hot Spring Hotel! Newly opened, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the environment is fresh and natural, like stepping into a small garden. Located near the county's central square, with a park just steps away, it's incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The rooms are warm and romantic, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, making every night's sleep a pleasure. Good ventilation and natural light, complete facilities, and the air conditioning cools quickly and effectively. Free and convenient parking, and the service is attentive and warm. I had a wonderful stay here and highly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is affordable, has convenient parking, is clean and tidy, and the receptionist (number 2) provides warm and attentive service. It's a highly recommended hotel.

The room was clean and better than I expected. I also like the location very much. There is a good Hakka restaurant next to it, and there is a snack street at night. The hotel also provides breakfast. It is eaten in a nearby noodle shop. There is no time limit. What time can you eat? The taste is not bad. The room has tea and tea making utensils. Tea is used every night and the waiter will replenish it. The staff at the front desk were very friendly. The only thing I hope to improve is that the sound insulation of the glass windows outside the street is not very good, and the sound of cars will be heard. In fact, the sound of cars outside the street is not too noisy.

The overall experience of the hotel is great! The environment is clean and tidy, the room is spacious and comfortable, and the bedding is soft and sleepy. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, check-in and check-out are fast, the location is very convenient, the price is super high, I will choose to stay next time, highly recommended!

The service was good. The hotel staff were very friendly even if we had a language barrier. (My fault of course not theirs). The bed was extremely comfortable I enjoyed it and the room was large. It was such a romantic room. The Wi-Fi is amazing and fast. The room had good noise cancellation. I only heard people if they were right outside my door but I couldn't hear anybody if they were in their room. I loved the layout of the room very cozy. Delivery always came to my door if I ordered from ******* so that was convenient.  The negative thing I could say was that if someone was smoking in the room below me it traveled upwards to my room. It was nasty smell. But the room smelled amazing when I first got there. It's only if other guests are smoking below the room is where it travels upward. I don't think that is something they can control so I didn't mind it much. It isn't close to the tourist areas so you either have to get a Didi or walk about 20 minutes.  Overall: I liked it and I would stay again. 

It's an old-style hotel, but the rooms are spacious and have basic facilities. It's pretty good in the small town of Dabu. The location is in the center of the county, convenient for travel and dining. The Hakka Tulou attraction is nearby. After visiting several Tulou in Tai Po, staying in a hotel for one night costs more than 100 yuan, which is very cost-effective.
