Clean and big room, walking away from Luohe west train station.

Location:  the location of the hotel is a bit hard to find as it is at the back of the building and needs to go pass through the security gate upon entry and exit. And although it’s in the heart of the City. There are no resto around the  needs to walk more than 400 meters.  -the big Wanda mall is just 10 mins drive. -Shenzhou Bird park is 15 to 20 mins drive. Ambiance: the rooms is so spacious and has a great view and the interiors and amenities are excellent. Their toilet bowl is automatic. And has  remote control. We actually didn’t expect to find this high tech and trendy hotel in this city.  PS   We had a good time celebrating my baby’s first birthday. It’s comfy and price friendly. I’ll stay here again next time.

A very satisfying stay. The environment was great, the lobby was spacious, the front desk service was excellent and check-in was quick, the bed was very comfortable, and there was free late check-out. Plus, due to personal reasons, they upgraded my room for free. A very good rest.

If customers need to pay, it is more reasonable, so they can not pay the deposit. The customer is happy and the store is not troublesome. Many customers complain that the charges are indiscriminate. I personally think that this evaluation is wrong. The charged commodity hotels are clearly marked. You have not seen it yourself and cannot complain about the hotel. The environment is first-class, the health is first-class, a little bit in the alley on the side of the road, quiet and not noisy, the service is first-class, it is worth living.

Stayed at Clivia Hotel for two days and had a great experience. The hotel is in a very good location, with many restaurants around. You can walk to the Nanjiecun Scenic Area in about ten minutes. If you feel tired from walking, you can also choose to ride a shared electric scooter to explore inside and outside the scenic area. The guys at the front desk are very nice, warm, polite and very humane. Their professionalism during consultation is at the level of a five-star front desk in a first-tier city. The room is clean and tidy with complete facilities. The aunt who cleans the room is also very kind and enthusiastic. Especially recommended to stay! ! !

The environment is generally poor; the hallway is dimly lit, and the room has a low ceiling and no main lights, making the whole place very dark. The soundproofing is terrible; the cleaning lady's work area is right next to the room, and you can hear her talking inside. You can also hear people ordering takeout in the next room, which is very disruptive. The hairdryer is also subpar; it broke after less than a minute, leaving my hair completely dry.
