"The stay was generally satisfactory, but there were some areas worth improving.
Advantages:
1. Excellent location: The hotel is located in the city center, the transportation is very convenient, the surrounding dining, shopping and attractions are very close, walking distance to the main business district.
2. The rooms are clean and comfortable: the room is clean as a whole, the bedding is soft, and the sound insulation effect is good, ensuring a better quality of sleep.
3. Friendly service attitude: the front desk and service staff are warm and thoughtful, check-in and check-out speed is fast, and questions can be answered in time.
4. Rich variety of breakfast: breakfast covers Chinese and Western choices, fresh ingredients, taste is more in line with the public's preferences.
Insufficient:
1. Some facilities are slightly outdated: although the overall maintenance is good, the style and color of individual public areas and furniture are somewhat old.

Welcome fruit, free breakfast and supper, free refrigerator drinks, robot delivery, room Xiaodu intelligent service, high-speed rail pick-up station, service staff responsive, amiable, really at home, It feels like home. These are not just rich enough to do. The hotel details are thoughtful and thoughtful. This is not only in Luohe, but also in many large and medium-sized cities in the country. GGuest UserThe overall feeling is OK. The hotel environment is clean, tidy and sanitary. The hardware and software facilities are good. The room area is not as big as expected (I have stayed in many Vienna International Hotels, and the characteristic of them is large rooms), but it is still OK. The front desk service is quite professional, and the room manager can help solve problems in a timely manner, which gives people a good feeling. The breakfast is buffet style with a decent variety. It has its own parking lot and there are quite a few restaurants around, so it is very convenient to have a simple meal.

Ttetsky19Location: the location of the hotel is a bit hard to find as it is at the back of the building and needs to go pass through the security gate upon entry and exit.
And although it’s in the heart of the City. There are no resto around the needs to walk more than 400 meters.
-the big Wanda mall is just 10 mins drive.
-Shenzhou Bird park is 15 to 20 mins drive.
Ambiance: the rooms is so spacious and has a great view and the interiors and amenities are excellent. Their toilet bowl is automatic. And has remote control. We actually didn’t expect to find this high tech and trendy hotel in this city.
PS We had a good time celebrating my baby’s first birthday. It’s comfy and price friendly. I’ll stay here again next time.

GGuest UserWhen booking, I chose a hotel that was close to the destination. I didn't expect much from a store that opened in 2015. I just thought that since it was a star-rated hotel, the supporting facilities should be better. But after checking in, I was actually pleasantly surprised! Although the service was not special, the room was clean and the details were very good. The spare quilts were not stored in black plastic bags like many hotels, and the spare pillows were also flat, clean and dry. The room was also large. The night view from the floor-to-ceiling windows was great. It was really a good experience. The restaurant had good service, the dishes tasted good, and the price was reasonable. I would like to add that the water pressure in the room was not enough.

The only minor drawback was that breakfast wasn't included, but overall, it was excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose this place again!
