"I was quite satisfied with my stay overall. I felt very good from the moment I walked in. The lady at the front desk was very nice. Not only did she check me in quickly, she was also very considerate and took the initiative to tell me the WiFi password and breakfast time, and introduced some good restaurants and shopping places around the hotel. The room was simple and warm, clean and hygienic, and the air conditioning was also OK. There are many types of breakfast, including porridge, noodles, bread, fruit, and freshly ground coffee. MMasato ShibataI stayed at the Chuyue Hejin Hotel in Luohe for two nights during a business trip, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with a very comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The design felt new and upscale, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and relaxing.
The staff were polite and professional. While not all of them spoke fluent English, they were very helpful and used translation apps to assist when needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth.
Breakfast was included and offered a good variety of both Chinese and some Western options. The restaurant also served dinner, which was convenient since there weren’t many restaurants within walking distance.
The location was central in Luohe and easily accessible by car. It’s a good option if you're visiting for business or just passing through the city.
I would definitely consider staying here again. The quality exceeded my expectations for a hotel in this price range.

GGuest UserWhen booking, I chose a hotel that was close to the destination. I didn't expect much from a store that opened in 2015. I just thought that since it was a star-rated hotel, the supporting facilities should be better. But after checking in, I was actually pleasantly surprised! Although the service was not special, the room was clean and the details were very good. The spare quilts were not stored in black plastic bags like many hotels, and the spare pillows were also flat, clean and dry. The room was also large. The night view from the floor-to-ceiling windows was great. It was really a good experience. The restaurant had good service, the dishes tasted good, and the price was reasonable. I would like to add that the water pressure in the room was not enough.

The hotel is in a very good location, with many restaurants around. You can walk to the Nanjiecun Scenic Area in about ten minutes. If you feel tired from walking, you can also choose to ride a shared electric scooter to explore inside and outside the scenic area.
The guys at the front desk are very nice, warm, polite and very humane. Their professionalism during consultation is at the level of a five-star front desk in a first-tier city.
The room is clean and tidy with complete facilities.
The aunt who cleans the room is also very kind and enthusiastic.

Although the room is small but clean, the sheets are clean and refreshing, and the air conditioning and hot water facilities are easy to use. The price is also affordable, much more cost-effective than other places in the same location. It is convenient and worry-free to go out and map out. It is really suitable here. I will stay here next time!
