The staff service was good; when I reported that the fridge in my room was broken, they quickly replaced it with a working one."

The intelligent control of the whole house is too convenient, and everything can be adjusted with a moving mouth, full of future sense. The room is oversized, it is not crowded for two people, and all kinds of equipment and facilities are maintained brand new and complete. What must be praised is the service here. From check-in to check-out, every detail is handled just right, making people feel at home. The most important thing is that the sound insulation effect is really amazing. "Traveling often chooses the whole season or Atour. This whole season is very conspicuous in the Luohe River. The lobby and the aura are very good. You can also pick up the taxi directly at the door. This is not possible for many non-resort hotels. And many room types feel larger than other cities in the whole season.

Guest UserThe overall feeling is OK. The hotel environment is clean, tidy and sanitary. The hardware and software facilities are good. The room area is not as big as expected (I have stayed in many Vienna International Hotels, and the characteristic of them is large rooms), but it is still OK. The front desk service is quite professional, and the room manager can help solve problems in a timely manner, which gives people a good feeling. The breakfast is buffet style with a decent variety. It has its own parking lot and there are quite a few restaurants around, so it is very convenient to have a simple meal.

When booking, I chose a hotel that was close to the destination. I didn't expect much from a store that opened in 2015. I just thought that since it was a star-rated hotel, the supporting facilities should be better. But after checking in, I was actually pleasantly surprised! Although the service was not special, the room was clean and the details were very good. The spare quilts were not stored in black plastic bags like many hotels, and the spare pillows were also flat, clean and dry. The room was also large. The night view from the floor-to-ceiling windows was great. It was really a good experience. The restaurant had good service, the dishes tasted good, and the price was reasonable. I would like to add that the water pressure in the room was not enough.
