GGuest UserThe location is perfect for sightseeing. It is in the old town so very close to Confucius Temple and Confucius family residence. There are a lot of restaurants close by. The hosts are very friendly and super helpful. They even brought my phone charger that I forgot to pack after I checked out. Highly recommend this place!

MM273175****After scouring Trip.com, I found this hotel with incredible value for money! I stayed here for all five nights in Qufu, and it was so comfortable I didn't want to leave.
I had checked out a few other places before deciding on this one.
The accommodations are fantastic. There's a beautiful, well-lit courtyard in the center, and sunlight streams into the bedroom as soon as you open the door.
The bedding was very clean, and I especially appreciated the excellent drinking water setup. The room has a direct-drinking dispenser that provides boiling water in three seconds, so no worries about kettle hygiene. The soundproofing in the bedroom is great, and even the curtains are double-layered, which is super friendly for those sensitive to light.
I also highly recommend booking a room with a small balcony! It doesn't cost much more, and the room is huge, the bed is super big, and it even has a projector! For the same price, staying here is simply amazing!
When you don't feel like going out, you can head to the bar and lounge area downstairs. They have billiards, karaoke, board games, and you can grab a drink – they have it all. According to the owner, the hostel has been operating for many years, and he even showed me a thick guestbook. If you're interested, you can flip through it and leave your own message.
On the first day of my check-in, a kind front desk lady assisted me, and the owner helped me with my luggage. The overall stay was superb, and the hotel staff are very friendly. You can tell the owner if you need anything. If I get a chance to visit Qufu again, I'll definitely stay here!
Regarding the location: Yan Temple is right across the street, making it one of the three closest hotels. To get to the snack street or Confucius Temple, you just need to scan a shared bike at the entrance, and you're there!

The surrounding area offers convenient dining and shopping, and it's right next to the Confucius Temple, just a wall away. The service was warm and welcoming; staff greeted us when we came and went, and provided recommendations for dining and attractions. When we arrived on a rainy day, the owner's wife helped us park and even carried our luggage up to our second-floor room. All in all, it was a satisfying stay, and I would definitely come back again.

CCangbaoxiaThe hotel environment is excellent. It's only a two-minute walk to the Confucius Temple, making it very convenient to watch the light show at night and the opening ceremony in the morning. There are also plenty of breakfast and dinner options nearby, making travel and daily life very convenient. The owner is very thoughtful; he helped us find a parking spot and saved us parking fees. He also enthusiastically introduced us to various attractions. It was a very pleasant experience.

WWoyixiaoyaoDuring my trip to Qufu, I was fortunate to stay at Guandemen Manju B&B, a very special place to stay. It is located in the center of Qufu and has a superior location, which allows me to easily go to cultural landmarks such as Confucius Temple and Confucius Mansion to feel the historical charm of this ancient city.
The design style of the homestay combines traditional and modern elements to create a quiet and elegant atmosphere. The interior decoration of the room is simple and stylish, and the beds are soft and comfortable, ensuring a good quality of sleep. Although the hotel does not provide catering services, the staff was very enthusiastic to recommend the surrounding food to me, so that while exploring local food, I can feel the hospitality of Qufu.
In terms of service, the staff of the hotel are very professional and friendly, and they pay full attention to the needs of every guest. Whether it is check-in procedures or daily consultation, they have shown patience and meticulousness, which makes me feel the warmth of home.
Although no catering service is provided, the convenience of the homestay has not been affected. There are many restaurants and snack bars around, which allows me to easily enjoy a variety of cuisines. This arrangement has given me more freedom to explore and try the local food culture.
In short, Qufu Guandemen Manju B&B is an ideal accommodation choice, whether it is for travelers who want to experience traditional culture or tourists seeking a comfortable accommodation environment. I highly recommend this homestay

The front desk recommended some local eateries that are popular with the residents, and they were indeed great – generous portions and delicious food. BBotinichWe specially chose to stay in Chufu to pay our respects to the Great Confucius. It was a must-visit to see his temple, mansion house, and tomb.
The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the temple and mansion house. There are also plenty of super markets and cafes.
Getting to the hotel was a breeze — a direct bus from the rail station took us there, and the fare was just a 1 yuan! The room had everything you needed for a comfortable stay.
The staff were incredibly friendly and made our stay pleasant. If you’re planning a visit, this is definitely a spot worth considering for a deeper dive into Confucian culture!
