AAnonymous UserLast week, I caught an early flight and transited in Lanzhou. I chose this newly opened Min'an International Hotel blindly. The whole process from landing to check-in was smooth - the pick-up driver was very enthusiastic on the way
1️⃣ The pick-up call to the hotel was faster than the Ctrip message
2️⃣ Although the hotel is very close to the airport, the sound insulation is unexpectedly good
3️⃣ It is a new hotel, and the hygiene is relatively good. There is a smart toilet, but the room is a bit small, and only one person can pass between the end of the bed and the wall.
The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. When I sent her to the airport in the morning, I didn't have time to eat breakfast. The lady also asked if I should bring some, mainly because I was in a hurry, but fortunately I didn't miss the flight

There are two bottles of free drinking water in the room. I asked for two more bottles of water. The room staff brought them over. The service was particularly good and considerate. The bed and pillows were really comfortable and soft. What touched me most was that the lady at the front desk patiently answered my questions and provided a lot of help. The whole process from booking was particularly smooth, the price was reasonable, and the hotel was very new. In short, I will come again next time

GGuest UserThe hotel is 4-5 kilometers away from the airport. This is not a problem. The hotel is responsible for pick-up and drop-off, which is super worry-free! In order to catch the morning flight, I took the high-speed train to the airport in the evening and took me to the hotel with just one phone call. Make a reservation for the morning drop-off service (departure on the hour) when checking in at the hotel, and leave on time in the morning! GGuest UserI think it's really good. I even put my luggage with them for two days because of my travel requirements. Moreover, their environment is very good, hygienic and clean, very high-end, and the price is also good. It's not ridiculously high. There's food downstairs and it's not far from the mall. It only takes 10 minutes to take a taxi. If you need airport pick-up service, you can book a car at your own time and have more freedom without waiting for a long time. Overall, I stayed here for two nights and haven't found anything annoying so far, so I highly recommend it.
