GGuest UserReally good place. Unbeatable price/quality ratio. Located nearby the business district and close to the Universities. The area around the hotel is plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and hairdressers. The hotel provides really good services and convenient facilities. The owners are very kind and friendly. A highly recommended place if you are visiting the Yinzhou district in Ningbo.

The aunt here is very nice and considerate.
We will try our best to meet all the requests.
We are 3 adults,
They gave us an extra set of disposable utensils,

You can see the lake when you open the door,
The scenery is really good,
If it is sunny,
You can also watch the sunrise,
You will be satisfied if you stay quietly for a day.

The room is comfortable, clean and sanitary. It is very comfortable. The facilities are complete. It is very comfortable to sleep. The service is very good. The boss is very enthusiastic and recommends it. The room is very soundproof and quiet. The cost performance is super high. I will come again next time. It is very comfortable to stay. It is really recommended! ! !

VViviLeonI stayed at Seven Hotel in Ningbo, and overall, it was an okay experience. While I didn’t get the room I originally booked (it was given to another person), the staff did provide me with a nice alternative. The room was spacious, which I appreciated, but unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The bed linen and hand towels had an extremely unpleasant smell, with the linen being the worst part of my stay. The shower area also had a noticeable odor.
After checking out, I discovered there was no designated place to leave luggage, which was inconvenient. Additionally, some basic amenities were lacking: no complimentary water (3 RMB per bottle), no bath towels provided, and only disposable towels available for 10 RMB each.
Overall, while the hotel has potential, there are several areas where improvement is needed to make the stay more comfortable for guests.

There's a Shaxian restaurant downstairs, and it's also very convenient for ordering takeout. It's a great value. The hostel has a laundry drying area, a dining area, and sofa booths, and the common areas are well-equipped. The front desk lady was very welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious, with a separate and comfortable bathroom. The bed linen was clean and changed every time. The price was also very reasonable, making it a great value.

SSpinTheWorldGood things first. The receptionist/owner was extremely helpful and friendly. Location also wasn't bad. Not too far from metro station.
But accomodations are super basic. I would say that it what was expected from the given price, but I have seen better places and thei cost the same as this. Rooms were cold. It got to the decent temperature by the time we checked out in the morning.

HHejuanyuiIt is called a hotel-style apartment, but it is actually a personal homestay. This building should be divided by several platforms or landlords. It is recommended to contact the merchant immediately after booking the room, add WeChat, ask the landlord to confirm the resources before checking in, and greet the building property, otherwise the property will not know whose guest you are, and you will be driven up and down. It is in a prime location next to the Westin Tianyi Square, surrounded by a full business district, and the attractions are almost within walking distance. The price is really half charity for weekend travel. Remind everyone to bring their own toothbrush and simple toiletries. Everything else is good, and the landlord is also very polite and has been helping to communicate.
