At the end of our stay in another facility, thus place was recommended. We took a 2 hour spa session. Turkish and finnish saunas, both were nice. A warm pool and relaxing showers. Very nice facilities, relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff. Perfect place to rest. Kinda hard to find with google maps, with apple map will you get more accurate location.

Esperienza da dimenticare. Abbiamo soggiornato il weekend del 27-28 aprile. Stanza classic, con box doccia in pvc, rotto ed arrugginito, non ammissibile per un 4 stelle. Siamo stati a cena fuori a Spoleto ed al ritorno, verso mezzanotte, abbiamo trovato l’impensabile: la sala ristorante, che si trova a pochi metri dalle camere, era diventata una discoteca con DJay e musica a tutto volume. Centinaia di ragazzi di età compresa tra 18-25 anni ballavano e si aggiravano con alcolici intorno alla struttura. Gli schiamazzi sono continuati fino alle 4 del mattino e non ci hanno permesso di dormire. Il parcheggio era invaso da macchine e moto. Abbiamo chiamato più volte la reception per lamentarci senza ottenere alcun risultato. Come è un possibile che un relais immerso nella natura, con spa e centro benessere, possa organizzare un simile evento? Avremmo dovuto fare un esposto alle forze dell’ordine, ma non volevamo rovinare ulteriormente il soggiorno. Vergognosi, al momento del pagamento non hanno neanche offerto una scontistica per il danno procurato. Non torneremo mai più. Salvo solo il personale del centro benessere, molto cortese e professionale.

Per la seconda volta in poco tempo siamo tornati per festeggiare gli 80 anni di mio marito insieme alla famiglia. Figli e nipoti sono stati felicissimi perché tutto ciò che avevo raccontato si è rivelato preciso. Location ottima servizi e personale gentilì e premurosi. Spazi infiniti con prati curati Ci torneremo perché vorrei utilizzare la SPA che in queste occasioni abbiamo fatto i turisti.

Relais immerso nel verde vicinissimo a Spoleto. Camere sicuramente datate e troppo calde. Abbiamo usufruito della SPA ben organizzata con personale preparato e disponibile . Inoltre abbiamo usufruito del ristorante bello ed elegante, cibo ottimo e personale cordiale e disponibile. Tutta la gestione della struttura è ottima . Lo consiglio.

Il posto è molto bello, in mezzo alla natura. I servizi sono discreti, buono il kit per l'igiene personale. Le camere sono molto calde e con gli impianti di condizionamento centralizzati. La SpA (a pagamento) ha una piscina calda con un paio di cyclette in acqua, un piccolo bagno turco, una piccola sauna e la fontana caldo/freddo. È ideale per un'ora di relax ed eventuali trattamenti (costo extra). Ci vorrebbe un po' di manutenzione in più. La colazione continentale offre torte fatte in casa e una buona varietà di cibi dolci e salati. Il prezzo è alto rispetto a quanto offerto. Offerta risparmio per chi prende camera + SpA.

Spa molto curata, personale gentilissimo. Camera silenziosa e comodissima. Il ristorante è un fiore all occhiello. Pietanze molto buone e colazione ricchissima. Spazi esterni curatissimi, un immersione nella campagna umbra che rimette in pace cuore e mente. Un saluto speciale alla mascotte Carletto.
