"Very convenient hotel to reach by car and that allows you to reach the center of Spoleto on foot in a few minutes. Structure with many artistic interventions inside, very clean rooms, quiet and with a very comfortable bed. The decent breakfast could be improved with better bread. Service of the guys very friendly and fast. Highly recommended."

"The hotel is at the edge of Spoleto. Since Spoleto is not big, even then you can be in the city easily by walk only in 10 minutes. The view is great and the place is quite quiet. The rooms are spacious, comfortable even for 2 people. It must be a great hotel some decades ago, now already a bit obsolete. It seemed clean, but the time has already passed… There is an aircon, obsolete, but works well. I tried to ask help, but the safe didnt work properly. There is a “gym” at the 5th floor. It is a rooftop with windows around. You can imagine on a sunny day…There is something, which blows air inside but that only means not to have 39 degress there but 33. Almost impossible to exercise there after the sun comes up or at night. The pool is ok, although a bit small to be able to swim. The breakfast is fair, you can find better food than the tipical sweet calorie-bombs such as croissants, cakes, and other sugary food. It is a big pity, that in the heart of Italy vegetables are not available at the breakfast! Not even a tomato, or cucumber, etc. Thats why if u want to eat ham and bread, you have to eat as dry it is, no veggies. The staff was kind."

Their restaurant was very accommodating and the food was delicious. The hotel is within walking distance of the sights in Spoleto."

"Absolutely delightful one night stay. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are so comfortable. The airconditioning was the best I had in my two week stay in Italy (and 100% needed because of course I was there when it was unseasonably sweltering). There was a wonderful couple in the room next to me whose names are even on the door plate. They told me they are there often and would never stay anywhere else. Breakfast was very good. Parking was on site. Location is very close to one of the parking structures that connects to the Spoleto moving walkways."

"This is a beautiful and beautifully maintained inn with a friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast room, lobby (more like a living room really) and patio/garden look out on Monteluco, where the Sacred Wood of St Francis and an ancient but still operating monetary are located. Worth the hike! The palazzo is in easy walking distance of shopping and dining in Spoleto. Spoleto itself is charming and well situated for day trips and excursions. Note that you may have to wheel your luggage up and back because most cars are not allowed in this upper part of town. The bed in my room was super comfortable and the bathroom adequate. Not a modern super bath but it had all the essentials. I would return in a heartbeat."

"In July 2024 our family of two adults and two teenagers stayed for two nights at Valle Rosa. We enjoyed every moment staying at this picturesque place. The hotel is situated in such a nice place with stunning views of hills and valleys and Spoleto's old castle. Take a dip in the chilly pool, a run on the steep hills, and relax on the beautiful countryside. Btw: The owner has put so much effort into details when restoring and decorating the place. It's such a pleasure."
