家族小旅館，位置在最中心但要繞一大圈，不是很好找到。男主人會幫忙拿行李箱上去，沒有電梯。房間的空調不太舒服。

Perfect location to explore old town. No elevator but staff assisted with luggage. Check in/out was fast and friendly and room was clean and comfortable.

Great location. However the rug next to the bed was disgusting. It had dried barf on it. We checked in very late. The maids started cleaning upstairs at 6:30 in the morning it sounded like non-stop elephants stampede up and down the stairs. It sounded like Michael Flatley and his dancers were doing the Riverdance above our room. We complained the next day and the front desk manager had a terrible insincere attitude. She gave us back 25.00 euros. The hotel is not more than a 2 star pension. BE careful this hotel is sold as Old Town Suites in case you are trying to avoid staying in Kastel 1700. We got fooled because we intentionally tried to not stay in Kastel 1700 and when we arrived we realized they are the same place. No elevator so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. The only positive thing is the location.

5- stars all around! We stayed here twice over the course of a 12- day trip (with a cruise in the middle). The first stay was a small apartment in the main building. Very clean with great views of the square. The 2nd stay was a deluxe apartment in the annex. Easily sleeps 4 people with a nice bathroom and full kitchen. Both stays had AC, private en suites and an honor "mini bar." The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Word of caution. This hotel is inside the Diocletian Palace walls. There are NO elevators in a 4th century palace! Even the check in desk requires a walk up a flight of stairs. Your room may be 2 flights up or 3! They have staff who will help you, but when we left to catch an airport shuttle at 5am, we had to bring it down ourselves... thank goodness we had carry-ons! This will be our go to hotel in Split in the future
