I extended my stay with 2 more nights because the location of the hotel is perfect for my group. The common spaces are spacious and so are the rooms.
But we got a room right next to the lift and the room had a door with the room next door. Because of that, the noise from the neighbors during the last night was pretty disturbing!
And again, the breakfast is somehow disappointing for an hotel from that level. We stayed in a smaller 4 star hotel at the beginning of our stay in Split and the breakfast was much nicer and so was the cappuccino.

The shortest route to the old town was closed due to construction work, and the beach was also closed due to construction work. It would be nice if this information was provided in advance. However, the hotel pool was great and we didn't mind it. Breakfast was also very good, but I don't recommend eating outside because sparrows will eat it. It would be even better if there was a chef who could make omelets properly.
