We depart tomorrow, so I wanted to ensure I did this today as tomorrow is a busy day of travel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible Concept & True Hospitality Rock Stars! With years of experience working in hospitality and hotels, including at the corporate level, all I can say is: WOW. What an incredible concept you have built at FitSplit Academy. Giving high school students direct, hands-on exposure to the hospitality industry is simply amazing. Your operation isn't just delivering great customer service—which is mandatory to compete these days—you created lasting memories for Cindi and me. Between the birthday toast and the 30th-wedding-anniversary room welcome, you went above and beyond. This program is clearly in great hands. Staff & Service Highlights: Ivan (Front Desk/Reception): Ivan absolutely "has it." After an unfortunate mess I personally created at check-in, he treated me with total dignity, respect, and a fantastic sense of humor. Learning about his background made total sense. He bleeds hospitality and is a phenomenal leader and role model for the students. Huge thanks to him for a seamless room switch and the laundry support! Sara (Front Desk/Reception): Again, another polished, professional and SO NICE receptionist. I asked her is she had finished the program. She politely smiled and said, "I'm an employee her and 27 years old" OOOPS, she looks all of 18! Must be the Croatian olive oil? Emma (Student): So young, yet so incredibly polished, polite, and detail oriented. She also has "it." I would have hired her at any of my past hotels in a heartbeat. I sincerely hope she decides to stay in the hospitality arena. Tony: Thank you for taking the time to explain the operation to us. Your pride in this program and your role is palpable. You are a true leader for the future of Croatian Hospitality! Housekeeping Team: SPOTLESS. Please pass along a massive "Wow" to the team. From the entrance and hallways to the rooms, there was zero dust, perfect bathrooms, and flawless glass. Bonus Note: After 48 days of traveling, you easily have the most comfortable beds we've slept on! Thank you again for an unforgettable stay. One restaurant on the harbor. Walkability 20/25/30 minutes to the old town. In the heat, it's a long walk. Good news, for 6-9 Euro Uber will pick you up Food & drinksBreakfast.... Spot on! Not, no vending machines or front desk snacks.

The hotel is very clean and modern, it feels a brand new hotel. The staff was very professional and helpful.

This was a wonderful option for our travel plans for Split & the surrounding area. The hotel & staff were excellent. The breakfast couldn't have been better! I highly recommend your stay here!

Great hotel. It’s a short cab ride from the old town. The area around the hotel is a huge harbor and university. It’s a nice walking town. The football stadium is an easy 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Absolutely loved our stay. We cannot say enough good about this hotel. It was a fantastic experience. If you are worried about it not being in the middle of all of Old Town Split, that is part of the charm and why this hotel is the place to be. A quick an inexpensive Uber ride under 10 minutes and you are back in the middle of everything. It was refreshing to wake up without that hustle and bustle. The staff is phenomenal. The breakfast is an experience in itself. The beds were great. The staff, again, flawless. We can't wait to return.

Fantastic location, beautiful woodland walk along the coast and also €5 Uber to split centre. Very peaceful at night and just a great location. Special mention to Ana , I could have listened to her all day about the history of Croatia and places to visit , Croatian people are very friendly but Ana was amazing ! I also love that this hotel is often staffed by students , giving them an opportunity to learn about working life , this is a great thing in my opinion. I’m already planning to return next year and I will be booking here again . Paul Collett
