"Overall great location, 711 accessible, same building. Ayala Malls 5 mins walk, Parqal closed by. MOA - great for morning walk / exercise, back and forth Only downside - you can hear people moving and talking outside your room, sometimes bathroom will smell of smoke (possibly from the exhaust) Lobby - warm and welcoming Employees - all respectable Room - clean, cozy, relaxing Table space - great specially for those who are working Room Wifi - can be a bit unstable but overall great connection, choose 5g option for a more stable connection Bed - king size with 4 pillows and warm duvet cover 2 sofa bed - can make larger beds with two sofa beds available in the room (you can request them to arrange this before your check in) Bathroom - clean, warm and cold water, with hair dryer, towels can be replaced upon request for additional cost, standard set for hygiene care (toothbrush, toothpaste) Fridge - available, just need to plug it in when you arrive TV - only cable channel, no netflix or other streaming app Safety deposit box - available Swimming Pool - not heated, very cold, great in summer or hot weather Breakfast - Buffet, a few selection but has appetizers (salad, fruits), main dish, desserts, drinks, coffee, cereals. GGuest UserThe room and the hotel building were clean and tidy! There was a microwave, kettle, washing machine, dryer, and refrigerator in the room, which was very convenient! I didn't quite know how to use the dryer, and I didn't know how to use it when I called the front desk, so it would have been helpful if there was a sign explaining how to use it. We stayed with five people and only had the bare minimum amenities, but there were only two toothbrushes, shampoo, and body soap. There were five bath towels, but only one hand towel. Maybe it was just because we checked in early, but it would have been helpful if there were enough for everyone. The pool was large and beautiful, but it would have been nice to have a place to rest right next to the pool! There was also a gym, and it was quite close to the airport and shopping malls, so it felt like it was within walking distance!

GGuest UserWe stayed at Nuwa for 3D2N , the experience was great except for the last breakfast day, we went their at around 10am for the buffet breakfast which was located at Hyatt Regency , on the first breakfast day, all went well, no long line, food was good, service was fast, unfortunately on the second day of breakfast service was very bad due high volume of guest who are waiting in line, and the employee who is in charge in the line keep saying that the breakfast will end at exactly 11am, without giving alternative options where can other guest take their breakfast. COD hotels shares one breakfast buffet area (if you want buffet style breakfast) which was in Hyatt Regency Hotel. Good thing I remembered that we could eat breakfast at one of Nuwa's restaurant. But staying at Nuwa's Hotel was a great experience.

MMrsMallowsPros: The hotel is near the airport and has lots of stores and restaurants inside. Breakfast is good. Cons: 1. During check in: Receptionist refused our passports and ask for national IDs instead so we needed to insist on the passports because we don't have any national IDs (we live outside the country). 2. During stay: wait time for housekeeping request took 2hours. Hotel staff does not inform beforehand that the private bar locks automatically when deposit is already consumed. What's worse is that they did not get the full deposit upon check in. We could've avoided not being able to drink cold water upon arriving at midnight if they only informed ahead or asked for more money for deposit. Also, unlike other hotels, printing is not complimentary. 3. Checkout: airport transfer is not well coordinated with concierge. Also, instead of checking room thoroughly before completing check out, they would send you an email the day after to let you know that you left stuff inside the room so send an email if there's anything valuable that you remember.

But if going to other places, need to take Grab, not easy to have Grab drivers take orders, and very serious traffic jam on the residence entrance main road. Only wave swimming pool can be provided. Just pay attention to Gym and swimming pool are not provided to visitors only.

GGuest UserUnfortunately for me I didn’t get to stay here as I was notified this wasn’t available after I had booked it. Though I was redirected to another accommodation in a different location not far by the same host however this happened at midnight and I couldn’t say no as I was fatigued from the travel. Where I stayed wasn’t the same offered from this booking however the host did his best to accommodate me to the best of his ability, even upgrading my room the next day and allowing me to check out very late as my flight was at 11pm. Though it didn’t work out at first, it did in the end. Photos are from the upgraded room.

Gordon and his assistant Ms Mary are very responsive and welcoming. Parking is just in front of the reception. The room and design is very lovely and modern. AAnonymous UserA unit with two bedrooms! Very comfortable to stay and perfect for a group of family and friends. The room is amazing, it has enough equipment that you will need especially for cooking and utensils. Very convenient because it is also close to the main gate of Azure and has a beautiful pool view in a high floor.

GGuest UserFeedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
