The Mantra Circle on Cavill is a great place to stay while visiting Surfers, the apartments are large with floor to ceiling windows from the bedroom and lounge, This apartment was on level 30 on the city river side, great views and this is the side with sunset. I’ve also stayed on the Seaview side with a sunrise in the morning. I think the Seaview side is slightly better with the views It has a full kitchen everything is modern and comfortable It’s like staying at someone’s home I recommend staying here The

Location: I think this is one of the more convenient locations in Gold Coast. Facilities: However, it doesn't have its own beach, only a saltwater pool. The breakfast is quite rich; it would be best if it could be delivered to the room. There's a car service from the airport to the hotel, but the tram isn't very reliable and sometimes stops running, so don't cut it close when going to the airport. This hotel is centrally located in Gold Coast, making it suitable for getting anywhere, and transportation is readily available. If convenience is your priority, this place is a good choice. Room service is also excellent, and it offers great value for money. Service: There was a welcome drink upon check-in, and the staff were all friendly, though there was no Chinese-speaking service.

There was 5 of us and for a boys weekend to wet and wild it was very ideal to house us and had enough space for us all. Bathroom was a great size and felt modern enough. We had the choice of bunk beds, a double bed, and some slept on the couch as the air conditioning was in the living room. A small wall fan in the bunk bed room was pointless but the double bed room had a ceiling fan. Fridge had an incredible freezer. Unsure about the rubbish as we overfilled the small bins. Nothing to complain about, handy to be nearby a lot of shops and food places. Front area had a table for hanging out and a rail for hanging wet clothing.

There was a cockroach in the room! Our stay started off fairly well, but everything changed that evening when I spotted a small cockroach crawling across the desk. I immediately trapped it with my son’s face mask and crushed it with all my strength. After that, I couldn’t stop worrying that there might be more hiding somewhere in the room, so we closed up all of our suitcases to avoid any unwanted surprises. When I checked out the next morning, I showed the photo to the receptionist. She simply went, “Oh…” in surprise, and that was it. There was no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to address the issue. I didn’t ask for any compensation—I just checked out and left. Finding a cockroach is unpleasant enough, but the complete lack of response from the hotel was even more disappointing.

We are 4 nights booking. We think this apartment should provide some Facial Tissues boxes when we check in. They DID NOT mention they are SELF CATERING apartment in trip.com. Look like same as others apartments and hotels. When we ASKING FOR Facial Tissues boxes to provide, the reception told me go to convenient shop or Cole’s. we are extremely tired from long distance flights from 11am to next day 7:30am. We’re feeling walking distance 10mins x2 return , total wasted 20-25 mins for us. The receptionist brought a facial towel to us and suggest us go to buy yr own tissue; otherwise suggest us use the toilet paper instead of it——-How awful? I strongly recommend: 1. They must write down what will be provided and clearing services how frequently. 2. Only well come pack, it should including facial tissue boxes. Otherwise, provide selling items. 3. To limit office hours, should provide the machine for selling essential things, such as toiletry, tissues, toothpaste, teeth brush, comb, slippers, cotton tips. Soap etc. Looking forward improving! If they not trying to saving $1, it would be better service. For environment, facilities, swimming pool, car parking all is very good.

The location is fantastic, right above the bus station, so getting anywhere is super easy with a 0.5 transport fee. The room is incredibly spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Besides the master bedroom, there's a guest bedroom, and the master even has a walk-in closet that leads directly into the bathroom – I absolutely love the layout. The balcony has a clothes rack, so wet swimsuits dry in no time. I requested a room above the 30th floor but got the 27th, which was still great. There's a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and oven, making our four-day stay feel just like home. When we ran out of coffee capsules, we just asked the front desk for more. On our last day, we had breakfast at Q1; the food was average, but the views were unbeatable! When checking out, we made sure to throw out all the trash and wash all the dishes. I really enjoyed this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again if I come back!

Had everything you need for a comfy stay, will be back! Would have love to stay longer

We had a wonderful stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location was great. The only downside was transportation—getting an Uber could be a bit hit or miss, and fares were sometimes quite expensive, so it's something to keep in mind. The staff were all exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our visit even more special. To top it off, they gave my little boy a chocolate for his birthday, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made his day. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would happily stay here again.

The room is located in the Hilton hotel building, but it's not directly managed by the hotel. Instead, an independent property management company handles it. Check-in and check-out were very convenient; you just submit your details beforehand to get a PIN code, then retrieve your key from a designated mailbox. It's just a stone's throw from Surfers Paradise beach, and the walking street downstairs is bustling with supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, and a Timezone – perfect for families with kids, as everything is within easy walking distance. The room's dedicated parking space saved us a lot on parking fees. We booked a sea view room, and while you could see the ocean, there was some obstruction, and it was quite close to the neighboring building, so we had to keep the curtains drawn for privacy. The room had appliances like an induction hob, fridge, washing machine, and dryer, but they were all quite old. The washing machine filter was very dirty, there was sand left in the shower from previous guests, and food residue in the frying pan. In summary, don't expect Hilton hotel standards; they merely share the same location. It's more like a regular guesthouse, though you do get to use the hotel's amenities (like the swimming pool). If you're not particular about luxury accommodation, it offers great value for money.

Unfortunately we did not have a great stay. We booked 3 apartments for a family vacation and all 3 had issues. All 3 apartments had faulty air cons. 1 air con didn’t work at all and also a toilet in that apartment didn’t work either. Also when we arrived, we found one of our carparks had a car parked in it and that 2 other guests were allocated the same Carpark as us. We all contacted the letting company and all guests were told to seek help from the apartment reception who then told us all to contact the letting company as they don’t deal with the private apartments and their carparks. So it was back and forth for hours, we even visited the office twice until the car was finally removed. In terms of the no aircon/ broken toilet room, we were told there was nothing the letting company could do about it as they only have 1 staff member on so we’d have to wait for the next day and that some of our cost would be refunded (We are still waiting). The next day, in the morning the staff member visited and said the aircon is broken and they’ll have to find another room so will get back to us. It was close to the letting company’s closing time and we hadn’t heard back so we followed up only to be told there’s no more rooms available and our family would have to make do with the fans. Our family members in the no aircon room got sick from the heat/ stuffiness even with the doors and windows open. The amenities - lagoon, gym and pool are awesome So it was really unfortunate we did not enjoy our stay due to the lack of upkeep of the apartments and the service.
