Bupper within walking distance of Gold Coast Airport in Coulangatta. I booked a private room to recover because I stayed in a very noisy 々 good buffer 1 weeks until the day before my stay (laughs) I don't have a single for four consecutive nights, and the first two nights are twin singles It was like 50 〜 60 Australian dollars per night in Su, and 40 Australian dollars per night from the third night? Still, it is broken compared to the surrounding hotels. (Australia is really expensive and hard to stay) Also, it is good to move because it is difficult to move at check-in, so if you ask if you can't do it in the same room during your stay, you already have a reservation I was told I couldn't. Still, the staff was good. Except for the owner, the staff were all friendly and nice backpackers (laughs). The facility itself was old, well maintained, and there were several public spaces, and the privacy was moderately protected and cozy. Dark room, dining room, bright room with billiard table, spacious garden where smoking and BBQ can be done, garden with pool, and other garden with bench 5 places? There was. Unlike the buffer in the city, it was such a buffer that I wanted to stay again in a calm atmosphere. There are no restaurants and supermarkets around, but it is close to the airport, so it is good for the night before the flight or the rest after entering the field. I will definitely stay again soon.

The WORST hostel I've ever stayed in. If you read positive comments they must be fake 100%! I spoke with other people during my road trip up to the east coast and everyone told me the same: this hostel is a nightmare, dirty, full of cockroaches and people that enter and go whenever they want in the room even if they are not from that room. The hostel itself is disgustingly dirty. Flies and pigeons in the kitchen, the entire room was dirty including cockroaches, sand, hairs and you can tell that people live there because every single space of the room is taken by their bags scattered around/clothes etc. Bed sheets were disgustingly dirty/full of sand, bathrooms don't look like they've ever been cleaned. I chose a 10 female dorm and at some point a girl that was surely living there brought one of the guy of the hostel in the room and they started to have s** with no problems and without caring of the other people in there and PLUS in the morning I went to the toilet (inside the room) and the guy opened the door… luckily I was already dressed, but this shouldn’t happen. And then he just ran away and went to hide in the in the girl bed as if I didn’t see him… Would definitely NOT recommend to stay there.

My experience was really good. You can meet new people easy on the rooftop.
Maybe the hostel can add oil in the kitchen because I think a lot of traveller don't have oil with them for a travel duration of 3-4 days.
but all in all good:)

I've stayed Down Under before and it was horrible so I switched to this one. When I got to the hotel, it felt like a resort in comparison. Individual private beds, decks, pools/jacuzzis, etc. Not too loud, not too quiet. People here are very social. One part of my journey was a bit out of order and they left me behind. I was so pissed off and the lady at the front desk helped me to call them and help me arrange a lot of new things for the next 2 days. She even helped me book a trip to the next city I was going to soon. She works a lot and still gives me a lot of attention. I don't know how to beat this hotel.

Excellent
MMEIQIThe motel is better than I expected. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the airport. There is a bus stop at the door, which is very convenient. The front desk was very welcoming and gave breakfast, milk cereal and bread. The room is ok, tidy.
GGuest UserWOW what a delightful surprise, it is a fabulous boutique Motel that has been renovated beautifully to a high standard. The room was light and airy with its own fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave. There was also cutlery, crockery and everything we needed to be self sufficient. The bed was comfortable and the shower was fabulous. The grounds were well maintained with an inviting looking pool, they had there own coffee van open each morning on site which was very handy, parking was easy and we got a spot each time we returned to the property. It was in a fabulous location a couple of streets from the beach and there were restaurants within walking distance. Although it is located on the Gold Coast Highway there was very little if any traffic noise. We will definitely stay at this Motel again it was an amazing find and I would highly recommend it to other travellers.
AAviva BThe reception with checking in were 100% friendly -& it was an easy transition!! Not having to pay an expensive security/key deposit as alot of other accommodation facilities*motels/hotels/any form of rentals * was fantastic too. The room was good for the price which out of all this weekend's rates was the cheapest but probably the best overall with what was still left available? All amenities in the pre-paid for room were good but the couch in their made it better also. Only thing I didn't like was the television wasn't picking up all the main channels or it wasn't tuned in properly after the bad weather recently maybe?
GGuest UserOn arrival it I had to look for someone to book in as nobody at the desk. Well the website promised recently upgraded accommodation. First impressions were that it must have been updated using Grandma's hand me downs. Very old and dated fittings, and a shower that only worked sometimes. The hot water sometimes didn't work at all, or it came out in spurts. We booked a room for a couple and requested bedding as such, but got into the room and had 3 single beds. Luckily the beds were on wheels and we could push 2 together. We decided to check out the bar in the main building which was nicely decorated as you would expect, but I jut don't get marketing yourself as an Irish pub but playing pop music through the speakers. It was definitely lacking atmosphere and the staff also seemed disinterested in being there.......and $19 for a beer and glass of wine was just ridiculous. They also advertise Wi-Fi but when I tried to access it you needed a login. By this point I couldn't be bothered going to chase this up, but it should have been in the rooms. The rooms did not have any form of paperwork or information at all. The room was somewhat sound proof but you could still here loud people in the bar area. No traffic was heard though and the beds were comfortable.
GGuest UserTraditionally configured with rooms up and down, and parking in front thereof. Our room (two rooms, really) was spotless and had enough beds to sleep seven. As we were only four, we had plenty of room. Bathroom was a little tired; however, like the room, it could not be faulted for cleanliness. The pool area is smallish, but functional. Lovely and helpful staff. If you are looking for a place to crash for a night or two, this represents first rate value for money.
GGuest UserWe stayed for 7 nights in room 27. It was very clean and perfect for what we needed, with a TV, fridge, kettle, toaster, fresh linen and towels, although the bed was quite uncomfortable. The room itself was a bit dark and dated but we can see the rooms are undergoing an upgrade so I’m sure this one will be done in time. The BBQ was great and always clean, the pool was brilliant and location to everything (including Coles 200m down the road) is perfect! The staff are all friendly and accommodating, and their little dog is gorgeous. If you are looking for awesome coffee we found a tiny caravan across the road at the Miami Caravan Park behind the surf club - amazing brew and lovely ladies!
GGraceGood location motel for families, in front of Gold Coast Highway that close to the bus stop to go to airport or to the boardbeach south, where we can easily hop in to the trem / bus to central (surfer paradise, carvill / cypress ave) or Movie World.
The motel have swimming pool and big bed with complete facilities for families (netflix, iron, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, utensils) and also has a 70 model bathroom in very clean condition.
Besides hotels they have 24 night owl supermarket and many restourante (italia, japanese, ice cream etc) with 5 mins walk distance to Mermaid beach at the end of the road.
Our stay here was OK but not brilliant. Although we had paid for the room we got an email about two days before saying if we did not pay the $100 bond our booking could be cancelled. We tried unsuccessfully for hours to contact them by phone and in the end the hotel we were staying in up the coast managed to contact them on our behalf and pay the bond. We were travelling all over Australia and this was the only hotel that wanted a bond before we even arrived and what for I am not quite sure! We were told which room we were in and that it would be open with the key inside. What happened if someone just helped themselves to stuff in the room and we got charged from the bond? Parking was a bit of a nightmare as there are not enough spaces for the rooms, we managed to squeeze our car into one of the spaces but were constantly worried about damage. Within walking distances to lots of shops, bars and restaurants and of course the beach. Room was OK although the carpets could do with replacing. It was not one of the best places we stayed in but it served a purpose for 2 nights. We got the bond back within 24 hours but were not happy about having to pay this. Would not stay here again.
GGuest UserI will admit that I selected this hotel on price and location. Check in is a little difficult as you fave to arrive at a set time period or pre arrange before you get there. Called the front desk and was checked in without too much bother. Car park is underneath but you need the code to access, which you get on check in, so need to park somewhere in the meantime. Room was clean, equipped with everything I needed. There was also a kitchenette arrangement. It was at the rear and was relatively quiet. However, the place has a feeling of a half way house, or low income rentals. It seemed to me there were long-term residents. The hotel offers little, no food, nothing in fridge, no restaurant, no meals. There is a pool tho. For a cheap one night stay it was ok. Would I stay longer, I don't think so.
Brown by name and brown by nature! We stayed here one night to go to a concert. It’s old, dirty, had unwashed floors, sand in beds, smear stains on curtains and questionable customers in the other units. To be quite honest we would’ve be better off sleeping in our car or at the beach rather than forking out a ridiculous amount of money for this dodgy place. The whole complex needs to be hit with a bulldozer.
