The location is good if you have to work in SMESCO Indonesia, road between is very accessible. The breakfast provided comes in variety, they haven’t repeated the dish so far for my 3 night stays. The service in the lobby is decent, yet the room service is a little suck, as they forgot to refill the toilet paper for me for example. There are loads of facilities and the gym is nice!

The hotel is located at a busy road in Central Jakarta and you need to be patient with the traffic.
Checking in and out was smooth with friendly staff. Room was large, clean, bed comfortable, air conditioned cold and water pressure strong. There is no complaints on the room conditions as it meet my expectations.
Breakfast was elaborate with local cuisines, Western, fruits and pastries. Food was nice and tasty.

I had a fantastic stay at Mercure, GREAT LOCATION. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, which made my experience truly comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive, and all the facilities were well-maintained. The location is excellent, making getting around the city simple and convenient. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant, relaxing stay. Would happily return!

I would like to recomment this with out smoke room Bcs smoke floor very bed they coudnt put any cleany air room and floor
