"The staff at the place are excellent, the hotel is excellent, and the bed is super comfy. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a good place to stay in Jakarta. For transportation it's great too, with the LRT and TransJakarta stops very close to the hotel. Only issue I could really find was that there isn't much in the way of eateries within easy walking distance of the hotel."

"The staff are very welcome and friendly. I chose a 2-bedroom executive room for 4 people, which is spacious and spotless. There is also a stove, washing machine, and a smart TV, so I can say it's highly recommended for staycation! What I love the most is the view of the city from the swimming pool. I totally enjoyed spending time here! And will surely come back"

"Everything was just fine except for the staff member that was humiliating my father in law, a 75 year old man who came to breakfast in his slippers and for some reason that was faux pas. Staff member berated him and then showed him to a table that was very uncomfortable. I know that Indonesia has long passed respecting its older and elders in this case, since he was the guest, but he isn't used to that kind of treatment. One action is enough to spoil a rather pleasant stay. Also worth noticing that I have, as a European, stayed in Manhattan and went for a breakfast in my slippers and guess what, nobody said anything. Make your own conclusions and don't stay in Manhattan until they correct their ways."

"Everything fine as usual. But thera are several problems with their Elevator: the buttons, access card readers, and some noises when moving. Also the water pressure for shower can be stronger."

"Hip design hotel in good location, nice arty style. Can be loud at night with DJs in rooftop club till 12 PM (Sunday). No problem if you join the party 🥳 🎉 Pool very small, no gym, bad parking situation, even for drop off. Breakfast could be a bigger variety but still okay"

"Efficient & friendly check in and out at Receptions. Big comfortable room with nice facilities - kitchen, laundry, separate laege bedroom. Clean and well maintained. Tasty breakfast buffet with a wide variety of food and drink options. Nice dining environment, good customer service. Fitness room at level 47 has reasonable range of equipment and free weights, treadmills, and great view."

"I stayed her with my cousin because after lasik I could only watch TV. Sadly, I don’t have a smart TV at home whereas my only entertainment is netflix. The room is not too spacious, but just enough. The only thing that I dislike is the way to reach the hotel lobby is a bit…..complicated (?) Things I like and appreciate. 1. Whenever I look out the window, the view is similar with when I stay is Bandung. There are lots of trees and green areas, so the vibe is cool or maybe serene. 2. Smart TV my love, even a good hotel such as Aston Bogor doesn’t have one. 3. There are reading lamps besar the bed."
