老闆很熱情，有歡迎水果，帶着參觀了、詳細介紹了整個民宿，問的各種問題都及時回答，離開的那天早上因為很早，還為我們準備了帶走的早餐，很細緻周到。唯一的缺點是老房子隔音不太好。

萬萬沒想到，訂了一個清末民初的大宅，且在古街上，很值得一住。早餐好，服務也好，會推薦朋友來住。唯一就是上下樓的複式結構，半夜上廁所有點麻煩。

被老闆領進門的一瞬間就被院子美到了。整間民宿從宅院到內飾都保留了古建築原貌，一種西洋與民國風格的結合。老闆帶我們參觀了民宿，每一處角落都能發現很美的驚喜，看得出來每一天的打理佈置都很細緻。老闆一家很熱情，跟我們聊了很多房子的歷史故事，很有意思。民宿裏有旗袍可以免費穿，在民宿裏面拍照非常出片！老闆一家像招待朋友一樣很用心地對待客人，也很用心地對待老房子，説是經營，更像是一種文化的傳承。

靜廬民居是一家清末民初建築的民居，環境優雅，內設裝飾古式古鄉，一應俱全，晚間安靜居住體感不錯。老闆娘熱心耐心介紹松陽人文歷史、風貌，規劃景點線路。早餐都是自家精心製作，當地美味，得到同事們一致好評。

房子是民國老建築，很有特色。剛入住還送了歡迎水果，美女老闆很熱情開朗，和我一個屬相，緣分啊！早餐也很有特色，離店時還送了伴手禮，美女老闆直接陪我們到公交站，讓我們省了二十幾塊的滴滴打車費，貼心又熱心，十分贊！

這次松陽之行，入住靜廬民宿真是太值了！房間佈置温馨雅緻，每一處細節都盡顯用心，一進屋就讓人感覺身心放鬆。老闆熱情好客，還給出了超實用的遊玩攻略。早餐的當地特色美食也超讚，下次來松陽，肯定還選這兒！

房子:老闆家自己的房子，有特色，越住越有味道，且回味無窮。2.4米的大床，床墊和枕頭都是乳膠的，是迄今為止，出門遊玩睡的最舒服的一次，搞得我都想買個乳膠床墊了。
吃飯:早餐雖然沒有酒店品種多，但是絕對是超級用心，沒有別的民宿的那種敷衍，糕點麪食什麼的，隨時熱乎乎，小菜什麼的很多，最喜歡的是那個醃製花菜。還有咖啡和牛奶，熬的稀飯很黏稠，感覺你想要什麼，老闆都能給你搞定。
老闆人:如評論所説，超級熱情，有愛心，對待每位客人，也是超級用心，人挺隨和幽默，適合交朋友，她老公也很nice。
總結:這家民宿適合住兩晚起步，不管從哪些方面，都挑不出毛病，推薦！！去松陽遊玩的，一定要去體驗一下。
