The hotel itself is a fairly nice property, however, the service was very unprofessional. The worst part was when our room door was opened by a staff member at 1 AM while we were in bed. It was loud and frightened us. This was a serious invasion of privacy and ruined our whole experience. The explanation provided was not satisfactory and the token offer to make up for it is offensive to me. I would stay away as there are many other opinions in the same area.

The food and service were excellent. Hotel spotlessly clean. Fabulous location with stunning views from our room on the 3rd floor.

Felt at home from the second we walked through the door. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was perfect with a beautiful view across the bay. Breakfast was so delicious. We had munch and dinner whilst we were there and it was fantastic Pool area was great. Plenty of space. Great bar and tables for Lodi’s or they were happy to bring it to your bed. Really want to come back.

Amazing stay, super quiet friendly staff and stunning views from the junior suite- highly recommended and will be coming back for sure.
