We recently had the pleasure of staying at Discovery Kartika Plazza for five nights, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and refreshing welcome drinks, setting a positive tone for our stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, allowing us to quickly settle into our room. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with a comfortable bed that made for restful nights. The view from our balcony was stunning, overlooking the beautifully landscaped gardens and the ocean beyond. It was the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening relaxation. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel’s amenities. The pools were beautifully maintained, and we enjoyed lounging by the water and soaking up the sun. The direct access to the beach was a huge plus; we loved taking long walks along the shoreline. The hotel's dining options were impressive. We had breakfast at the buffet each morning, with a wide variety of delicious options. The location of Discovery Kartika Plazza is fantastic; it is situated close to shopping, dining, and local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was always helpful in providing recommendations and arranging transportation as needed. Overall, our stay at Discovery Kartika Plazza was truly memorable. The combination of great service, comfortable accommodations, and a prime location made it an outstanding choice for our vacation. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat in Bali!

Nice staff Direct to the beach but no access to the beach because it’s rocky and dangerous Breakfast not good but acceptable

This is our second stay at this hotel and we'll be back. Nice relaxed vibe, clean rooms excellent staff. Great place for a quick break. Not too far from the airport and close to Kuta beach and shops (Discovery shopping centre is next door). Will be better once the beach works are finished.

Amazing stay in Discovery Kartika plaza .. rooms are great and very big , non humid and no mold smell , great bed too .. staff is very attentive and caring and they make sure the guests are happy! Breakfast has a lot variety, (love the pastry) and all the restaurants have great food .. my favorite was Sucobe at the beach where I spend a lot of time .. they have 5 days a week bbq dinners at the beach with amazing show that is really something special !!! Discovery mall is next door great for purchasing some gifts, so the location is very convenient - Will be back !!!

Hotel was amazing buffet breakfast. Unbelievable the layout of the hotel is perfect. The pool area has everything you need shopping Centre next-door. Beach in a walking distance will be back in January family friendly. lots of things to keep the kids busy

This is my second review for this hotel, so far the best hotel in Jalan Kartika Plaza, the facilities, location and service are top notch of coz will come again with family and kids

The best of this hotel is near to the beach & breakfast buffet. The resort itself is very big & you can do a morning jog around the premises. There are 3 pools which is very nice. A kid pool with jacuzzi too.

Always stay at this hotel for the location. Im feeling its starting to get a bit tired in the rooms. Our shower tiles were very mouldy. A good scrubbing brush and some bleach is really needed. We also checked under the bed to make sure we didn't leave anything behind, I dont think it had been swept in ages. They are now only leaving 2 bottles of water in the room where as before it was 2 in the room 2 in the bathroom. Breakfast is still amazing for choice. The staff are still friendly and helpful. I will still return.

Spent many holidays at the Kartika plaza as a little girl and was very excited to bring my family here 20 years later. We had a fantastic time. Was sad to leave. The villa was stunning and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. Staff went above and beyond to be helpful. Even sent us a lovely message making sure we had a safe flight home. Already planning our trip back. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more.
