Our stay spanned January 31st to February 2nd, encompassing six reserved rooms. Positive aspects included spacious and comfortable accommodations, exceptional housekeeping service, and high-quality food. However, we experienced significant shortcomings with staff professionalism. Front-of-house and restaurant staff exhibited rigidity and rudeness, failing to provide standard amenities such as complimentary fruit platters and requiring bill signatures prior to meal service. Specifically, Mr. Hemant and Mr. Raj demonstrated unprofessional conduct.
