Our stay spanned January 31st to February 2nd, encompassing six reserved rooms. Positive aspects included spacious and comfortable accommodations, exceptional housekeeping service, and high-quality food. However, we experienced significant shortcomings with staff professionalism. Front-of-house and restaurant staff exhibited rigidity and rudeness, failing to provide standard amenities such as complimentary fruit platters and requiring bill signatures prior to meal service. Specifically, Mr. Hemant and Mr. Raj demonstrated unprofessional conduct.

While returning from a hectic expedition, we stayed on our anniversary day . The caring and professional staff makes every effort to make our stay comfortable .
Shef customised food as per our choice and took regular feedback. They had taken care every request we made.
Front office executives ensure a smooth check in and send us route guide and confirmation prior to our arrival.
Truly professional but personalised attitude makes the positive difference.

The location was nice and out of city crazy crowd. Room were spacious neat and clean . Balcony sitting was the best. The team at work was the best. The people were loving and caring . Food served was amazing. Breakfast on both days was similar might need some variety. Over all we enjoyed the stay. Thanks

Clean and elegantly decorative rooms, very tastefully done hotel common areas and rooms. Good food and excursion experience. Good pool and views from hotel are excellent Helpful and cordial staff during our stay they made sure all things are taken care .

Very Beautiful Property and Nice place
We had a short vacation at the resort and the place is really awesome with lush green hills @ 360 degrees of the location. The approach to the location is little harsh and I recommend all to talk to hotel staff for the directions before your trip or a small Hint ( Use Nahan Road to reach the location). Hospitality was really good and a thanks note to Tamanna for making our travel convenient during the stay.
