Hotel charges INR 3000 extra without any prior information for their third class dinner ( which have only 2 snacks and 2 main course options)

Excellent location, 15mins before Mall road so if you want to be away from hustle.
Tried Ala-carte menu , food is good and priced nominally.
Enjoyed their small recreation area for kids.

Cab service option for day travel is very limited

Been here in 2018. It was a good experience back then. Been here again in march 2025. They have lower their standards. Food quality and taste was poor. Limited menu. Housekeeping was not up to the mark. All in all bad experience. Hospitality sector knows the feedback won’t affect their business. Ratish bahl

This is a good property, professionally managed and maintained. This is the 2nd time, i stayed in the same hotel with my family. Hotel room was maintained near and clean. Food quality was awesome.

It was a very good experience to stay at the hotel. Rooms are comfortable staff is cordial and the food is excellent.Room service is prompt but with two drawbacks one is welcome drink which they don’t serve when we checked in they said please sit and enjoy welcome drinks and we keep on waiting till we came to know that it was a self service 🙂and cold tea they served in the room when ordered because tea accessories are limited in the room.
