4 Hotel reception long walked Very good ambience, food was amazing.. (All staff are very friendly, Iservice quality was very nice, dessart amd cakes were so special. In the end, it's these little gestures and hospitality that counts and makes a stay truly memorable.

ONE OF THE FINEST RESORTS IN KASAULI. IF YOU WANT TO STAY CLOSE TO NATURE & STILL WANT SOME COMORT / FACILITIES WITH GREAT HOSPITALITY , THEN THIS RESORT IS A GRATE CHOICE. BIG LAVISH RESORT WITH NICE VALLEY VIEW ROOMS WITH A GOOD SIZED BALCONY IN EACH ROOM. SITUATED ON THE PINE HILL FOREST MAKES IT BEAUFITUL. INDOOR / OUTDOOR SPORTS ACTIVITIES ARE THERE TOO. FOOD IS BEST PART HERE , EVERY THING WE HAD HERE WAS MOUTH MELTING. THEY SERVE YOU EQUALLY GOOD HERE WITH SMILING FACES. MY SPECIAL MENTION TO THE GM - MR. RAVI - I HAVE SEEN HIM PERSONALY TAKING CARE OF MOST OF THE THINGS AT RESORT. MANAGING EVERY THING SO WELL.

Nice big resort with beautiful views. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Breakfast Buffet is good with good variety. Evening Hi tea is served to all guests at 5PM. Gardens are being maintained beautifully . Staff made a lot of effort in celebrating mother's day . Cake cutting ceremonies was held in the restaurant at the time of Hi tea and individual cakes were also sent by Staff in the rooms as a part of celebrations. There is a scope of improvement in Bathrooms and cupboards.

The location of the hotel is very nice and the superior room is decent enough. My mom wanted to have relaxed time and little walk around. The garden, balcony and quite natural sounds around were pleasant. Staff is very courteous and gentle. Food was nice but more healthy options can be added.

Okay stay. Place is old/dated and overpriced for what it is. Food is pretty average/bad. Wireless internet barely worked. TV is old. Location is good and so is property size

The only redeeming factor of the hotel is it's location which is quite good. Property's layout is also good but the maintenance and upkeep is horrible. Most of the staff is polite but absolutely untrained. The food is quite unappetizing and oily. We had checked in at 6pm and requested for a late checkout at 12pm instead of 11am due to a meeting. However, they started pressuring us from 10:50 to vacate the room. This is after booking their highest category room. They allowed us to checkout at 12pm but after arguing a lot. The experience they provide is not worth their exorbitant charges.

Excellent rooms/cottages. Great food and staff. Really loved the games room which has almost everything. The staff is very very polite and helpful. The views from the cottages and rooms are also amazingg. Loved the live singing barbecue at the lawn. Overall a great experience
