The hotel is really nice, and breakfast was amazing with so many options.

Great base for a working nomad wanting to get the most out of Sofia. The name says it all — the location is central, with the city's main sights, squares, cafes, and transport links all within easy walking distance. As a solo traveler I really valued being able to step outside and reach everything on foot without needing to plan around transport. The room was comfortable and clean, good enough to get work done and rest well. Breakfast was decent and a good way to fuel up before a day of exploring. Staff were friendly and easy to deal with. A reliable, well-positioned choice for anyone wanting to use Sofia city center as their base.

Everything was good. The hotel is in a great location, close to the center. The room and bathroom were clean and perfectly adequate. There's also a restaurant on-site. A big highlight was the breakfast – it was excellent and plentiful.

On your first day in Sofia, take it easy and walk to the cathedrals not too far away.

We reached the hotel about 10am n they graciously gave us an early check-in on a complimentary basis. Their gesture made e stay really nice.

Nice experience staying in the hotel. Recepton staff friendly & helpful, prompt reply to questions. Location is ideal walking distance place of interests and metro to Sofia airport. Morning breakfast choices acceptable.

The receptionist was awfully rude she asked 50 euros to make 4 hours early check in her attitude was ridiculous. Never gonna stay there again.

An old hotel with shady room and doesn’t really deserve four stars. The power in the room was cut several times in one night and the breakfast was not just so so.

Nice place, nice pool and service and food…but not enough staff there

We stayed in a family room for four. The location and service were great, the breakfast was good, and the kids were very happy! I would definitely choose this hotel again if I were to come back to Sofia!

The facilities are average, it's close to the bus station, and the price is relatively affordable. This is my second stay here, and the overall experience is okay. It would be better if the breakfast was richer, and the front desk service is okay.

Nice hotel, reasonable price, clean inside, rich breakfast, good location

The location is in the center. Trams rumble right under the window from 3.30 am, so opening the window at night is not very convenient. Breakfasts are good. The rooms are tired: shower holders, flush buttons fall off. The rooms are a bit dark, it is impossible to turn on a brighter light. The linen is clean. We were there in winter. The air in the room is very dry. Opening the window, despite the noise, did not help: at night, the throat and nose dried out so much that it hurt. For this reason, we left 2 days early. We asked for a refund at least for the last night - they refused.
