Location-wise, the hotel is not in the city center, but that’s not a big issue in Bukhara, the city is small and a taxi ride of around 10–15 minutes gets you anywhere. However, there is a construction site right next to the hotel. Work starts early in the morning, if you’re planning a trip anytime soon, I would not recommend staying here due to the noise . And the breakfast is quite disappointing. Most importantly, the hygiene standard was concerning. The toilet paper provided in our room appeared to be visibly stained.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the ancient town. Although not right in the core area, it's only a 5-10 minute taxi ride to get there, so transportation is reasonably convenient. However, the room experience was quite disappointing: it felt cramped with an awkward layout, making it impossible to fully open our suitcases, which made the stay rather suffocating. Additionally, the shower water pressure was too low, resulting in an unpleasant bathing experience. The breakfast was not only limited in variety, but also rather mediocre in taste. Overall, aside from the acceptable location and price, both the hardware and facilities are in need of improvement.

It’s a fairly new property and very clean. Has decent amentities like spa,pool, gym, restobar etc. the compound is also nice and people can spend time outdoors in good weather. Only challenge was the air con was not very well functional and given the heat, it ruined our stay. Staff was friendly. Check In & check out was prompt. Location wise not in the city center or next to prominent sites, but was a quiet locale.

Overall, it was decent. The hotel is quite new, but the main drawback is that the room is a bit small. I've stayed further from the city center before and gotten larger rooms. Here, besides the bed, there's not much space left. There's an ATM on the ground floor, and the breakfast is excellent, a mix of Western and Uzbek styles, with strawberries which was a nice touch. It's easy to get a taxi, and it's not far from the old city, about 10 kilometers. Across from the hotel, there's a place that sells baked samsa, and about a kilometer away there are restaurants where you can order takeout.

There was no buffet breakfast when I was there, but the room was comfy and the front desk staff were really helpful

Is there a tourist fee too? That's ridiculous!
