the hotel staff and the breakfast are fine and the room is not bad at all. The location is ok but the view to the bay from the skyview restaurant on the top floor is unforgettable. Actually, this hotel is a very beautiful hillside garden that has some downsides as well. As it is built on the hillside, you have to walk up a 30 to 35-degree incline to get to the hotel entrance. Secondly, you need a leader to find your rooms as they are built in a maze-like way!!!! I promise that you will definitely and frequently get lost while you are heading to your room or coming back there in the first 3 days of your stay!!!

Beautiful hotel with a great view although there were limited number of spaces to sit down by and enjoy the weather

The hotel is lovely and the rooftop pool and bar is excellent. Breakfast njce. Lots of choice.

All can acceptable, bedroom very comfortable,only two things can't acceptable is up hill when go back hotel and breakfast very worst.nothing delicious food.waste money to booking breakfast included price.

The SIS Kata was more that expected. There was capsule coffee machine, and i have never stayed a hotel with coffee machine even in 5 star hotels.

The hotel is on the hill. You might need a lift by a car or if you ride a scooter that will be ok if you have to walk with your big luggage that will be hard to get there. The hotel is new and have a beautiful view

Good for relax

Everything is great except that it was located uphill. It's fine if you are taking transportation out. Breakfast was great. Bathroom and toilet was separated, but do note that the glassdoor is not fully sealed from top to bottom.

Was one of the best hotel that I have been and I recommend for those who want a a quite and good place to stay

It's a bit up the hill, so walking up (with luggage) is not recommended! Cafe is a pretty good spot for relaxing. Room is nice and service is great.

The front desk staff when checking in was really friendly. Always a pleasure staying there, as we’ve stayed there before. One thing that bothered me was that our room had a door in the room that led to the room next door, and we also didn’t get the room we requested. Also, this time the check out process took REALLY long, more than 25 minutes after handing in the keys, we were still waiting to get our deposit back and leave the hotel. The breakfast was really good, and you have an amazing view while enjoying your breakfast.

Awesome hotel. Beautiful resort. Had a great time staying there. Reasonably priced. Hope they maintain the pricing. The breakfast and food was lovely. Well-balanced and healthy too.
