Serdika

We booked this room for 4 nights, from May 2 to 5, 2026. The only really positive thing is the location, which is 100 meters from the Serdika metro station. Otherwise, room number 3 is an incomparable disaster. The structure is dilapidated, the room had ceilings full of stains from previous leaks, the bathroom is a sort of closet with peeling wallpaper. One of the two single beds had a sagging mattress, and dust reigned everywhere. There was even chewing gum stuck to the wall as well as extremely dangerous electrical outlets. No soap or shampoo is provided and we had to request larger towels for the shower because they provide 3 small ones. And even though there were 2 of us, they only brought us one. I strongly advise against this property, especially for families with small children.

Excellent hotel, close to the center, tourist attractions, and public transportation. It's new, efficient, and perfect if you appreciate cleanliness, efficiency, and a great breakfast. The staff is very friendly and welcoming; Maria prepares impeccable rooms, and the front desk provides all the information you need. An excellent choice for a perfect stay. Highly recommended.
