"Excellent hotel with very friendly and professional employees. The location is perfect- has two shopping malls next to it and few minutes walk from old town. The hotel room was very clean and with beautiful view to the city. Walls are soundproof. The bed was so comfy and big that I slept like a baby. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone."

However, the rooms, unfortunately, are a bit tired. It feels like they could do with a little renovation or updating. It is also worth noting that the room was quite hot, and the air conditioning could not be turned on independently, it was set to a timer. Overall, the Congress Hotel is a good choice for a stay in Vilnius, especially if you plan to spend a lot of time outside the room."

"I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was on the 5th floor and I loved the view of the mural on the opposite building. The bed was cozy with 6 pillows and I had a restful sleep in it. The bathroom was well lit and spacious. The breakfast was good, they had nice options to choose from. The lady at the bar area in the restaurant was pleasant when I asked for hot chocolate, as I couldn’t find the option on the coffee machine. Turns out they have 3 machines but the one behind doesn’t make hot chocolate. I liked the swing and spent some minutes on it after taking a stroll to a nearby restaurant in the evening. On the downside, I noticed water marks on the table top in the bedroom and sink. It seemed like the surface had not been wiped in since the last stay. I also noticed hair strands on the sink counter in the bathroom. I assumed there would be bathroom slippers and I didn’t come with mine, but there wasn’t and the bathroom floor was a bit cold. Guess I should always have mine handy ☺️. Overall, it was nice"
