The Windsor Hotel

Abbiamo prenotato dall’11 al 14 luglio. Ultimo giorno e spunta una blatta, ma la cosa peggiore è avvenuta dopo il primo giorno: hanno fatto in automatico il check-out senza neanche avvisare in qualche modo! Hanno preso tutto e l’hanno portato in uno sgabuzzino. Fortuna vuole che il ragazzo della reception abbia capito e risolto il problema, ma se non ci fosse stata un’altra stanza avremmo avuto difficolta a trovare un’alternativa e ovviamente avremmo rischiato di perdere i soldi già versati. Lasciamo perdere le condizioni generali dell’albergo: una stella spacciata per quattro. Stendo un velo pietoso su pulizia (non solo per la blatta) e dotazioni generali di una struttura vecchia se non proprio fatiscente! English: We booked from July 11th to 14th. On the last day, a cockroach appeared, but the worst thing happened after the first day: they automatically checked us out without even notifying us! They took everything and put it in a closet. Luckily, the receptionist understood and fixed the problem, but if there hadn't been another room, we would have had a hard time finding an alternative and obviously we would have risked losing the money we'd already paid. Let's leave aside the general condition of the hotel: one star passed off as four. I'll draw a veil over the cleanliness (not just because of the cockroach) and general amenities of an old, if not downright dilapidated, structure!
