"The service attitude is very good. I went to another country halfway and they helped me store some of my luggage. When I came back, the luggage had been moved into the room. The terrace room is very good. Because it is close to the nightclub area, it may be a bit noisy, but there is also free music. It feels great to listen to the music while blowing the wind on the terrace~ The surrounding facilities are very rich, and it is convenient to travel. It is very nice👍 There is an old building of a small church opposite, which is very beautiful for taking pictures. Some rooms can see the sea view, but it doesn’t matter. Malta is surrounded by the sea, and there is no shortage of room views🤭"

"The location is great which is easily accessible to other cities by bus. The room is wide enough for two people, but the facilities are a bit old and the room is rather dark with two small dim lights only. For the breakfast, there were many options and the food was good. Although check-in and check-out have to be done in Mr Todd Hotel, which is located a few metres down the street, it was not a problem at all. The whole process of administration or dining was convenient."

"I would rate this a 0. Horrible place. They just don't care. My stay at Alborada Aparthotel in Malta was an absolute disaster from the moment I arrived. The room was filthy and smelled terrible, as if it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. There were bed bugs on the bed, and I woke up covered in itchy bites. To make things worse, the place was infested with mosquitoes, making it impossible to sleep or relax. The nightmare didn’t stop there — I actually got stuck in the elevator, and it took ages before anyone came to help. When I finally reported all these issues to the staff, they were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. It’s shocking how little they care about their guests’ comfort or safety. I’ve been traveling for over 30 years, and I can honestly say this was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from Alborada Aparthotel — it’s dirty, unsafe, and the management simply doesn’t care."

"Misleading listing, room was a small fraction of the advertised size. We booked a room listed as 35 sqm. What we got was roughly 12-15 sqm, one step from the door to the bed, no storage space, and a small bathroom. The noise situation made it worse. You can hear EVERYTHING, every conversation in the corridor, every sound from outside. Sleep was genuinely difficult. The room is COMPLETELY bright at night, the blackout curtain is completely transparent. When we raised the issue with the property on the first day, they declined to help. They later called us before 9am when they needed something from us. The location is genuinely good, which is the only reason this isn't a 1. Only stay here if you are fine with being assigned a tiny room, and don't care about light and sound when you sleep."

The room is cozy, and the bedding is so comfortable that I slept soundly until morning. All the staff are very enthusiastic and promptly helped with any requests. The location is also very convenient, making getting around a breeze. It's great value for money and definitely recommended!"

"The hotel would be nice, but the problem is the cleaning ladies who don't clean, the sour staff who laugh in your face if you tell them your floor smells like ****, and more. Not to mention the food: disgusting, you always feel sick if you eat it. They called us crazy after throwing our friend's souvenirs in the garbage. Horrible view of the pipes where the toilets drain."

"We checked in late, they didn’t have our reservation, the front desk made us pay 60 euros until morning (50, because that’s all we had), & once we got to our room there was 1 very thin sheet covering a bare mattress, no towels, or hygiene products. The picture look nothing like the actual hotel. The front desk (one man) wasn’t happy, took ~ 45 minutes to check us in, & help us. We left the hotel & have not heard back."

Shame about the construction work across the road try a wood floor 6 directly under the restaurant as you can get all tables and chairs moving at breakfast time. Other than that would highly recommend!"
