- 毛巾和浴巾味道非常奇怪，聞起來很臭。

We had a room with 3 separate beds; we didn't really understand the concept. The room had a view of a bubble inside the hotel so no outside view, again we did not understand the concept. It was very dark in the room, we found that the hotel was not 5 star. The positive point was the staff, nothing to say, they are very caring and very friendly. Oh yes the smell of poo in the parking lot is horrible really horrible 🤮🤮🤮 unworthy of a 5 star hotel

The hotel is well maintained and comfortable, the deluxe rooms on the upper floors are simply beautiful, the view from the balcony is very beautiful (to the sea and the church).
Very tasty and varied breakfasts, it is especially pleasant to sit on the terrace on the street overlooking the red English telephone booth.
The bed in the room is very large and comfortable!
Excellent cleaning every day, refilling the water carafe, putting sweets on the pillows.
The only unpleasant thing was that when I wrote directly to the hotel before checking in, for some reason they did not see my prepaid reservation on trip.com, I spent two days fixing this problem (correspondence with the hotel and site support).
But in general, the hotel is simply wonderful, it feels like 5*!

Very satisfied with the stay experience. The hotel is located in the center of SLIEMA city, very close to the seaside. The hotel has many kinds of breakfast. The front desk has upgraded the family room, which is huge.
