"I liked this hotel very much. It is well located and has friendly helpful staff.  The hotel maintains a friendly laid back vibe making for a very relaxing stay.  The building is fantastic and has been cleverly renovated into a modern hotel within the most fantastic ancient building. The renovation is sympathetic to its roots and there are some clever touches to preserve the past but make it practical for the modern day, such as the glass floor on the 1st floor and the glass partitions between the main hall and the corridors to the rooms.  The building is spectacular. Only issue is the maintenance of the rooms needs a little attention, leaking Aircon and loose fittings is a minor irritation."

They really did their best to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The cleanliness of the hotel was also top-notch. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sivas!"

"There is no valet service. If you come by car, you just stare blankly at the door asking where to go. There is no bellboy service. The mini bar in the room is empty. They have set up a grocery store next to the reception. You go and buy whatever you want from there. It was a very repulsive sight. I was definitely not happy with my stay. It is a 3rd class hotel, just a Hilton."
