Very beautiful hotel, the furniture is all in excellent condition. The fountain in the lobby is beautiful, we checked in ahead of time, I was very grateful because I was home from a long journey and very tired. Super hotel I recommend

Our room was a major disappointment, especially for the chain of hotels. One of our curtains was in shreds. Four foot long shreds. One window was totally fogged over as the dual pane seal had leaked. There were no towel racks in the bathroom, shower or hand. But worse yet was the safe was broke. No place to secure our valuables. I mentioned the safe three times to the front desk. Nothing. Didn't even offer us a different room. So the room was in rough shape and should have never been issued out until repairs were made. Not at all what I expected.

tried to check in to reserved room at 3 pm. which is what is posted on the sign in the lobby. was told that the no rooms available. asked when? oh anywhere from 1 second to 1 hour. fine. will come back in hour. called at 4 pm and was told room available. got to hotel and then was told no, none available. then yes available depending on what i wanted for a room,. THE ONE I RESERVED. finally was given the key and trust me it was not cleaned as it should be !!! very obvious. it was a quick spruce up!!. Was told situation would be relayed to the GM and he would give me a call. DID NOT I called to speak to the GM on Monday and had to leave a voice mail. Again, DID NOT RETURN CALL. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS FACILITY AND WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN

We stayed here for the music festival. The bed was very comfy, room was clean. Only thing that was we didn't really get a lot of information when we checked in. Other hotels I usually get wifi password, check out time, breakfast info. There was none of that. In the room there was nothing with local info either. Nothing that had any info about the hotel or local food places. It would have been nice to have that information. Otherwise it was a nice room and very convenient location to where the festival was so we will be staying again next year.

Poor service
We booked a king in Dec 2024 and we received two queen. When I asked the manager said they were booked and we were lucky to get a room. How is that even possible? Restaurant worker (front desk) rude when we came down for breakfast. Said she was very busy and seemed annoyed with us. Soap in the shower empty and stain on bedspread. Wanted to love it. It just made our stay frustrating.

We loved everything about our stay. It was right by the concert venue, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very nice and helpful!
