Arton Boutique Hotel Reviews

I booked a 3-night stay from 22/07/2025 to 25/07/2025. Upon check-in, I was informed that my room had been upgraded from a Superior Queen Room to a Queen Loft, which is located on the first floor near the reception counter. I didn’t question much and proceeded to the room. Unfortunately, the room was far from what I expected. It looked completely different from the photos shown online. The space was extremely small, and the soundproofing was very poor — I could hear around 80% of the noise from outside, including people’s conversations. The noise continued until midnight, making it difficult for me to sleep. The next morning, I left the hotel early and no staff were present at the counter. As I was in a rush, I didn’t have the chance to request a room change. When I returned at around 6:30 PM, I asked to be moved back to my originally booked room. However, the staff member in charge didn’t even check for availability and immediately told me there were no rooms left, speaking with a very bad attitude. I insisted she check for me, and without responding, she began looking at her computer. After some time, she told me I should have informed her earlier and not at the last minute — again, speaking in a rude tone. I explained that I had been out the entire day and didn’t have the opportunity to speak with anyone about the issue. Eventually, she asked me to pack my things and said I could change rooms. She handed me the new room key without saying a word and continued with the same poor attitude. Overall, the service from the staff was disappointing. The hotel seriously needs to improve its soundproofing, especially for the rooms located on the first floor.

Comfortable and clean, WiFI available and daily good cleaning service. Easy to find foods around day or night. Just walking space inside the room is limited, basically I can just either sitting or lying on the bed only most of the time when I am inside the room. If the room can also have optional white light will be even better.

Good place to stay. Stayed a few times already at this hotel. Room is clean too.

Do not book this hotel. I booked the room superior double bed. There is no mentioned room without window. When I check in, I was told the room is without window and photo for illustration only. This is totally a scam. And the staff mentioned i can proceed complain to management and gave the card. The room is not vacumm properly, the blanket had some Smell. The noise from outside totally disturbing and late night there is other cusromers shouting which I can hear from the room.very terrible hotel. The room is extremely small. Definitely not coming back again.

It was a good and perfect hotel, worth it the price! This will be my favorite hotel now. Super clean as well!

It’s our first ever boutique hotel, very fun sized but had all our essentials. Overall experience was okay, service was fast when we asked for extra amenities. The shampoo’s very drying to the hair tho😵 but their dyson hair dryer worked great! I’d come back again with my own shampoo HAHA

If you’re looking for a place to sleep in, this is good enough. It’s quite small that you can’t open your suitcase. The sheets/bed made me itchy. The curtain was stained. There are places nearby that you can eat at so that was great.

Too small, no window is hard cuz the light is yellow, more like motel instead of hotel. U can totally hear next door or outside ppl chatting. Photo shown with window. But no window. Far from mrt. Say not allowed smoke. But the room got the smell. But they did changed d room for md
