Great location and only a short walk from Fort Canning MRT. Pool was good for kids. Not the biggest but good enough for a cool down. Staff were attentive and helpful to us.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, albeit a brief one. The service provided was excellent, and the staff at the front desk stood out for their professionalism and warm hospitality. They were accommodating to my needs and demonstrated a high level of training, which made the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. The air-conditioning in the room was impressive, keeping the space refreshingly cold even during warm weather. However, I was slightly disappointed to find that no bottled water was provided in the room, which I feel is a basic amenity most hotels offer. On a positive note, essentials like a toothbrush and shower cap were available, which I appreciated. That said, there is some room for improvement in terms of the room's condition and amenities. The towels provided were thin and showed signs of wear, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the bathroom were quite compact, with an awkward layout that made moving around less convenient than I would have liked. Despite these minor drawbacks, the excellent service and comfortable air-conditioning were definite highlights of my stay. With some attention to the room's amenities and layout, the experience could be even better.

The service was excellent, and I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, even though it was brief. The front desk staff were very accommodating and well-trained. They even recommended activities in the surrounding area and were incredibly helpful with navigation. I couldnā€™t take any pictures of the hotel room, but the rooms are exactly the same as shown on the website. I absolutely loved their Christmas decorationsā€”it felt just like home!

Had a worse experience staying this time round cos I was told that I need to pay extra S$25 for smoking room which I've selected and paid for cos the receptionist told me they'd need more thorough cleaning to get rid of the smell! Problem is the room I've selected is a smoking permitted room and I refused to pay, I was being houses to a low floor level 2 with stairs to climb and a tiny room with window facing wall with no view of what your site has published. My earlier stay with the hotel was okay and I was getting as requested a high floor smoking room and only paid for the upgrade from standard room to deluxe and not for the extra cleaning needed for smoking in a smoking permitted room. Also the view published is also not what I get for the price I paid, who'd pay to see wall in front of the window and nothing else!? Had I know earlier, I'd have booked another hotel for the same if not slightly expensive price for a bigger and better star rated smoking room with other establishment. It's also not wheel chair friendly or accessible when it's supposed to be as published! The Aircon is also noisy even with the lowest fan speed, the reflector is also out of order having only pointing downward and nothing else. The kettle is also malfunctioning and will keep boiling unless human intervention, this is dangerous cos what if I happen to want to boil water for drinking and left the room for a couple of hours with it's switch on before I leave the room? The floor is sticky and there's no disposable slippers whatsoever being provided. The room is also very noisy even in the night when people flushing toilet or showering. The washing of bins by the house keeping is right outside the room I was put up into and it's to me, and I thought so, the result of me not willing to pay the extra S$25 to the front office when I check in. I also suspected foul play and mistreated by front office woman checking me in cos whenever I speak to the front office people like for carpark coupon to exist carpark at night and also this morning when I check out, once I say room 207 all the personnel present lifted their heads and gave me a spooky look which I find it very uncomfortable and provoke! I sincerely hoped and would demand an investigation into the case I've stated and to make corrections necessary to the published pictures, claims and indications of the room layout and configuration if it differs to what should rightfully be. Please make comparison of the published and the physical state of the room I've posted here. They just spoilt my day and it sucks to sleep there, especially that stupid little walkup room which I think maybe meant for their staffs only! And not sure why but I just cannot get over it as of now! It just SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice view along the Singapore riverside with swimming pool, but limited room service time. Thin blankets, no soap for washing hands and small size room !

Smoking room additional charge was fine but is situated at 2nd floor low level so scenery view is limited. No mineral water provided, although thereā€™s a kettle to make hot water; 2 sachets of coffee and tea provided. Additional towel request for small kid unable to take from the housekeeper; must take from reception which is always busy. Call via phone took long and went unanswered so couldnā€™t get additional towel for kid. Most of the staffs look annoyed in serving the foreigners. But appreciate staff courtesy of smiling back. The pool open quite late at 10am if not wrong. Overall enjoyed the stay coz the kid love it

I always loved to book a hotel here ( Robertson Quay Hotel ) because the view is beautiful, convenient to restaurants and grocery stores and subway. and all staff are kind and friendly.

Robertson Quay Hotel The Great Business Tactics of This Hotel Address:15 Merbau Road, Singapore 239032 When you booked a connecting room of 2 single beds and one queen bed, the hotel will offer you a single room. You can see the fewer reviews from different customers who have posted in the past. The hotel front office offered me an option when I arrived earlier at 1:30pm, offer me a triple room (per photo), the conditions are allowed to enjoy earlier check-in and late check out for an hour, then can be moved to a connected room (per my booking) which is on the higher floor tomorrow. After viewing the room, I have rejected their offer. When I came back to 3:00pm to check in, I got the lower floor on the 3rd floor which has a lot of mosquitoes, the same platform of swimming pool which is easily accessed by outsiders from the window. Therefore, I have requested to move to a higher floor tomorrow, the front office said the higher floor is no longer available. This is ridiculous, why did the front office staff tell me earlier if I accept the offer, they can provide me the higher floor the next day. But as long as I rejected their offer, the higher floor becomes unavailable? Fortunately, the customer service of Trip.com is named as Mac who has assisted me to gain the higher floor after negotiating with the hotel. Front office staff have a bad attitude, Even when it's my turn when lined up, she has asked someone to come over to her desk, encouraging customers to cut the line. But the house keepers are always having excellent service, with a smile on their face always. Facilities and amenities: small pool with 0.9m and 1.2m Average price per person: SGD100
