Robertson Quay Hotel Reviews

Robertson Quay Hotel is in a good location by the river, walking distance to the metro. However, the room was the smallest I've ever been in and the beds were very old. The shower was good, the pool for cooling off only. It's cheaper then most, but not cheap for what you get, acceptable if pressed.

Is one of picturesque view from room, accessible location, with great and polite staffs, the room is very well maintained, room house keeping is excellent ✍️🌸

Was a very comfortable stay with a nice view of the river. Did not like the attitude of the male at reception desk. I had booked and paid for a room for 5 nights with view of river in advance but on arrival the man at reception was wanting to place me in a room with no windows for ONE night and then change to another room in the morning as he did not have a room available for me. I did not accept that, given my booking and payment in advance but then somehow he managed to find a room with river view for the 5 nights. The bathroom is VERY small but room was comfortable overall. Convenience store 3 minutes walk away.

DO NOT STAY HERE. There was mildew in the shower. We asked to be changed to another room, and the situation was the same. Additionally there were shady people around the hotel We asked for refund and the manager rejected our request. We asked for a proof that we checked out and was denial as well. I had to send an email to Trips.com to get my refund, and I'm waiting an answer

The bed sheets and towels are very worn out and discolored. Blanket was very dusty .. Other than the above remarks , the hotel sits in a strategic location very near to shopping , transportation, food, and places of interest

Good location able to walk to Central, just 5 minute walk to Mrt Downton line

Nice place but the toilet has no bidet. The room doesn't have a clothes iron. The queen mattress is a bit hard. The TV has no Malay channels. I am a Malay customer. Very disappointing. However, overall I was satisfied with the service. Thank you.

Super close to the train station and lots of food options around the area. The room is clean. Towels and toothbrush are being replaced daily. Staff are nice. Will book again once I go back Singapore.

Hotel's amenities and service were excellent. Hotel staffs are welcoming and accommodating during our entire stay.

I don’t get the hate this hotel received from previous reviews, but on our case it was all good! We have been upgraded to a room with a view of the Singapore river and given discount to early check in! Will surely book again!  Here’s a view from our room featuring my ice cream 😅

Chose 3 people room, but it seems like the room is just added extra bed for the 3rd person yet it’s smaller than usual single bed. We were not informed about this. Literally state for 3 on trips. Room is very small and no extra walking space. The bed was old already where you can feel the springs. Location wise, not very near but it’s about 800 m from mrt station. Surrounding is safe to walk at night too
