+ Location is good, there are many restaurants nearby + Bus stop
+ Staff was always very friendly
- Parking spaces are very tight, the parking garage was often full and you had to park outside (parking fees for the garage were still charged)
- There was a warning on the air conditioning control unit in the room that the filter needed to be replaced (luckily I didn't have to use the air conditioning)
- Cleaning service had to be ordered for certain days when checking in - but this was not adhered to (no cleaning service came on the agreed day, the towels were still on the floor and the bed had not been made up)
- Very old-fashioned bathroom - water took a while to warm up; overall clean though

Während meines Aufenthaltes war leider eine Baustelle am Hotel und die Parkplätze waren dementsprechend voll, das Hotel hätte noch eine Tiefgarage, diese war aber durch die Baustelle nicht erreichbar und wir Gäste mussten auch einen anderen Zugang zum Hotel finden, das alles wurde nicht kommuniziert. Das Parken kostet 15 Euro, das kann man auf der Website und auch in der App sehen. Als Statuskunde bekommt man bei Sparks nichts, aber das wusste ich auch nicht, vielleicht hätte ich mich im Internet informieren können. An der Rezeption wurde ich auch nicht darauf hingewiesen. Merke: Spark by Hilton bedeutet nur die für das Marketing Hilton, Spark selbst nimmt nicht am Hilton Programm teil. Spark ist nichts wirklich eine Luxus Marke der Hilton Gruppe, nichts besonderes ich kann es nicht empfehlen wenn man da nicht wirklich einen guten Preis hat, daher lieber andere Hotel für den Preis nehmen.

Obwohl by *********** noch alte und oftmals schlechte Bewertungen vom früheren Betreiber stehen (NH Hotel), ist das neu eröffnete Spark ein zündender Funken der Gastfreundschaft. Management und Team machen den Kunden zum König. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und für diesen Preis sehr gut ausgestattet. Für Diamond-Member ist das Frühstück nun doch inklusive. Man muss auch nicht verdursten - wenn man fragt, bekommt man auch Wasser und Snack (die MyWayBenefits). Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und schmackhaft mit einigen lokalen Leckereien. Weiter so. Und die natürlichen Pflänzchen auf den Frühstückstischen beibehalten - echt gemütlich. Fitnessraum und Sauna noch im Aufbau - steht aber auch mittlerweile auf der Hotelseite.

Das Hotel ist direk neben dem Mercedes Werk. Alles ist neu eingerichtet und riecht entsprechend auch so. Der junge Mann an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und sättigend. Würde wieder dort buchen. Sehr empfehlenswert.
