Hotel service not good at all, room sound is not detected

The room is disgusting, there is no cleaning, there is a BATH BOGUE in the room, there is a lot of water flowing from the air conditioner, it is dirty inside and out, there is not even a proper parking lot, the breakfast is normal, it is incredible for this price! If you are afraid to even go to the bath, its walls are like a prison! The photos show it all!

No one comes to the room to fix or clean the room, daily treats are not left, it was the worst hotel of Ramada. One of the elevators was broken, they did not operate it, thank God the elevator is working and the stench is spreading everywhere accompanied by disgusting smells.

First, the good points are the decoration, the silence, the breakfast buffet is sufficient. If it is negative, there is a management problem. The staff is inadequate in terms of competence, but this is not their problem. It is obvious that the management did not recruit and train properly. They said that the spa was newly opened, although it is advantageous with a very large area, it is very inadequate. There is no changing room. The bathroom, toilet and lockers are in the same area. You cannot leave your belongings safely. Ambient heating was not warm enough. The ladies doing the massage are very unkempt and do the massage with chewing gum in their mouth. I definitely wouldn't choose it again.

Don't be fooled by the Ramada brand and make a reservation. It has nothing to do with other hotels, it is a modest mansion on the side of the road rather than an ordinary hostel. The reception staff were indifferent and inexperienced, and the food menu had almost no variety. I can recommend you to choose different options.

The room and pool are clean. Breakfast is sufficient. The staff is caring. I was very pleased. The hotel is very close to Istanbul. It is a hotel suitable for families, but there was no children's pool. Separate towels are provided for the pool, but there were some problems in this regard.

I would never recommend staying here. We arrived at the hotel at 13.55 and were told your room was not ready yet, despite the fact that check-in at the hotel takes place from 14.00, they simply told us to wait, no one offered any tea/water, although almost immediately after us, other guests arrived and their the room was also not ready and, as a sign of apology, they upgraded the room and offered to wait for their room with a cup of coffee on the terrace. We were given the keys to the room at 14.20 and the most interesting thing began when we entered the room, it was dirty, there was an ashtray with cigarette butts, there was hair in the bathroom, no one swept up the lint on the balcony, there was something in the pillowcase. When we went down to the reception and asked to change the pillowcase, we were first told that the cleaning was finished, and then they said, well, we’ll replace the pillowcase for you, and when we arrived in the room on the table we We found 3 pillowcases that were just lying there, and no one had changed the dirty pillowcase on the pillow. The reception doesn’t give any information about the hotels, where is breakfast and how much, how to connect to wifi, etc. The most interesting thing is that they give on Instagram advertising a spa with a massage, which the hotel simply does not have. And the indoor pool in the photo and in real life are simply two different realities. Like, in principle, the entire hotel, it needs to be completely renovated.

We didn't come during the season so my expectations were low. But once I got inside, my perception changed a lot. The food was very delicious, the rooms were very clean. The hotel is new. You feel it. Especially Ms. Esra's support to us was extraordinary and sincere. One employee changes everything.
