Stayed 2 nights. The air conditioner was not working in the common area and it was hot, but the room was clean and the staff were very friendly. It was difficult to find the location of the electricity in the room, so I spent the first day in a shaky state. On the second day, there was a concert on the poolside on the 1st floor until after 22:30, and it was very noisy. If possible, I would like the concert to end at around 9 o'clock if possible because people who walk for a long time to visit the ruins the next day will not be able to get enough sleep the day before.

I stayed at this hotel with my teenage son as part of a G Adventures small group trip for three nights. It was by far the nicest place we stayed on the trip throughout Vietnam and Cambodia and was a resort style facility. I had two aromatherapy massages at the spa which were about $27USD each and were quite nice. The lobby was big, bright and modern and there was a nice pool. The included breakfast A few downsides…the biggest one being the lack of outlets or USB ports in the room. There is a central electrical control on the nightstand we found didn’t work and is connected by old school phone cables. I pulled the nightstand back to try to find an outlet and it unplugged a wire and we could not turn off half of the lights in the room (by the vanity and another lamp) as some things are hardwired. We had to unscrew light bulbs to go to bed after fiddling around with it for 20 minutes. I had to charge my phone on the other side of the room as no outlets were available. Not super ideal when we had to get up at 4am for the sunrise tour to Angkor Wat. It shouldn’t be that hard to turn off lights and charge your phone! Also if you have kids be aware that the diving platform in the pool is incredibly unsafe, it is about 4 feet high and you jump into 4 feet of water and there is mold growing underneath it. It’s a spinal injury waiting to happen. The food and drink service at the pool is very slow and very pricy for that area so we got drinks at the gas station next door instead. The location is not close to restaurants that we saw from the street (I’m sure some were available at other resorts nearby) but you can easily take a Tuk Tuk to Pub Street for a much better selection of restaurants, bars and shops. Overall though it was a good stay and I would recommended.

Got this hotel for $50 a night through TripAdvisor. This hotel is a solid 5 star place. I would expect to pay north of $300 a night for a similar one in America. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. They had live music by the pool Sunday night. The gym is a full CrossFit style weight room. The breakfast in the morning was great and included a lot of Western foods. my daughter loved the pool and they have colored lights after 6 pm. Only was here for 2 nights but would have been happy spending a whole month.

Son Thavary and Dalis Soy are the nicest people and have awesome energy. They gave excellent customer service. Son Thavary helped us book tickets to multiple places and is always smiling. I highly recommend this place. 10 out of 10 :)

Since they just recently opened after the pandemic, most areas in the lower ground of the hotel are still closed and you can still see a few cobwebs here and there. I just don't get the style of this hotel, kindda confusing in architecture. Anyway, the rooms are SPACIOUS, you can do cartwheels literally :) The furniture are kindda heavy to move around because of the good wood they used here. Really clean rooms, cold AC. Bathrooms have separate bath tub and shower, has BIDET!!! BIG PLUUUUUSSS! All complimentary stuff in the bathroom are OK except no cotton buds. Good that they have bathrobes and room slippers :) Our room was facing the pool area, view of the pool at night was nice because of the lights. Downside is, there's a band playing every night, tho they finish at around 9 or 10pm I think, you can't really have some peace and quiet if you're in your room around 7om onwards. The food at the breakfast buffet has a lot of variety.... different cuisine to choose from. Over-all, our stay in this hotel is OK. Not sure tho if I want to stay here again, it's far from downtown but really near the airport.

We went to visit Siem Reap for Khmer New Year and despite the insurgent of guests, the hotel staff is very nice and accommodating. We even got locked out of our room in the middle of the night, but the staffs still help us out without any complain. Too notch customer service I would say.

We spent one night at this hotel! There were three couples of us and everyone did not understand what kind of breakfast it was ... no coffee, no coffee machine. No fresh juices, 2 juices from the package! There is nothing at all! Photos are attached! The room has terrible soaps like from a two-star hotel! Towels are also not important. The worst thing is the wires at the lamps! There are photos too! They constantly blink and stuff - it's very dangerous! Beds are hard, pillows are bad! No balconies and dirty windows! At the reception, everyone is not interested in how and what .. we all had rooms overlooking the pool and only we were given a view of the noisy road !! After an 8-hour drive from Pattaya, we didn’t need all these showdowns and the fact that we paid for another view! It took a very long time to figure it out and we were moved with a view, but by the elevator! The elevator chimes every time it is called and you can hear it in the room! What's the point of doing this to guests? The hotel is half empty, there are almost no tourists after the pandemic! We pay for one room category, but we get a noisy room and we can't relax! The room is dim and generally without a soul! The pool is lovely.
