Nice place , quiet and comfortable... Easy to reach the main street and convenient

Unfortunately, while the location and service were excellent here, the amenities and cleanliness left quite a bit to be desired. We found baby roaches in the bathroom, the bathtub was moldy and didn't drain, and the walls had weird stains on them. The bed was perfectly made and neat, though, and the sheets seemed clean. There is a pool here, but the views leave a bit to be desired, and while they used to have a pool side bar, it appears to be permanently closed. The front desk got us some towels and went out and grabbed some beers for us to enjoy by the pool, so that certainly made up for it, but it wasn't quite the vibe I was hoping for. The location is incredible, being just a block away from the entrance to Pub Street, a couple blocks from the river and all of the amazing river side food stalls, but far enough away from all that as to not be too loud at night. They also were able to set us up with some very nice electric peddle-assist bikes that we were able to take at 4:30 am so we could make it in time for the Angkor Wat sunrise.

It's Very nice place to stay with a comfortable and not far from Put street.

The room I was given to was below my expectations as the TV and fridge weren’t working. Was hoping the fridge was working as the weather there was hot and keeping a few cold drinks would be nice. Nonetheless the staff and the service are great. Perhaps they could upgrade the doors to a card system than a key instead.

Excellent location and rooms.

I stayed here a few nights to meet up with friends. It's pretty well located and it is right next to pub street. There are many restaurants and shops just right outside. It was a nice stay.

The room we got was flooded with water from the toilet with human waste and dirty water would come out of the shower tub and the floor of the room and no o e cared to changed our rooms. We called trip.com and trip.com did nothing to compensate or change our room, so we had to leave the hotel that same night because it was discussing and they took our money woth unsanitary loving quarters booked through trip.com. What a shame and greed

Good location if you want to be in the central but quiet spot just a short walk 3min walk pub street and old market. Nice clean room with kind helpful staff.

Great stay for 2 nights and location is great and easy to access.

The location and the room are fabulous comparing to the price we booked. nice swimming pool and good price for cocktail and food in the restaurant. Lots of great little restaurant on the road close to the hotel as well. Would definitely stay again.

Houekeeping need improvement.

My experience was excellent, the hotel was very clean, the rooms were spotless, the place was very quiet and relaxed, the breakfast was very good, very central to everything. The hotel offers options connecting with local tours that made life greatly easier. There are many restaurants in the same block as the hotel so it is quite convenient,, The hotel reception is very good, Sarah was always attentive and very kind in understanding my questions and providing solutions to my doubts. I arrived very early to check in so they let me use the pool without a problem. Then at check out I was still able to stay at the hotel while I waited for my taxi to the airport. everything was spectacular. 100 percent recommended this hotel. :)
