Do not book this hotel. Live wires in the bathroom, unlockable room, filthy room and the pool was green with algae and had a cat swimming in it.The photos on the site do not relect the rundown condition of the hotel. We left immediately as it's condition was unsafe for my children. However, we checked into the Memoire Siem Reap hotel which was amazing and highly recommend.

The pool was not clean. Complimentary breakfast was not available for the 3 days across the Khmer New Year. I did ask for the breakfast and they laugh at me.

We were quite disappointed with this stay. The location of the hotel was the only good thing. But our rooms didn't seem to be cleaned properly. It didn’t live up to the hype. I booked a twin bed but i got a single bed. Don’t have TV. The bath room smelled bad. Unfortunately, we won't come back.”

Why is the hotel located in a very dark place? I am scared of living!!!!!!! I just ruined my time looking at another hotel. I canceled without getting any refunds!

Location is 10 minutes ride on Tuk Tuk to the Siem Reap Central. There's a local market near by and there's some interesting things they were selling. The breakfast is always 2 breads, 2 eggs, 2 banana and a cup of tea/coffee. Even though there English are not good but very helpful.

Angkor wat temple

Location is good, but it’s old but it’s cheap breakfast only have omelet and bread with banana

I stayed at this hotel to visit Angkor-Wat the next day. Quite a basic hotel and a room that matches the price. I am not a particularly picky person, so for me this option was fine for one night. If you have the funds, you can choose a more expensive hotel.

Was very friendly service, was quite far away from Siem Reap town centre. About $2 Tuktuk ride away, but for the price would definitely recommend.

No television and refrigerator  in the room, the hallway is too dark, and not enough illumination in the common area, and no toilet paper. Majority of the time specially early in the mornng, no available staff to assist

State room comes with breakfast but none were offered .. also the room is clean but just rather old and the shower head doesn’t stay upright so have to hold it to shower.. However benefit is the air conditioner is cold and the receptionist was very friendly

Really lovely staff that were helpful from check-in. Spacious room, which was clean and equipped with water, TV and aircon. We also got some breakfast and coffee in the morning which was nice. Okay location, bit far out from centre but can get a tuktuk easily or rent a bike from across the road which is what we did. We also got our coffee from a stall acorss the road, we loved the lady that worked there. Good value for money overall and enjoyed our stay.

Good room, friendly staff, every request has been fulfilled. Located next to local fruits market, some streetfood, there's also bakery, pharmacy etc.
