The boy at the front desk in the evening had a very poor service attitude. He was very tall.
I'm extremely disappointed with his service attitude
Attention future tenants, if you are staying at this property, don't expect any service at all.
The hardware is good and the decoration is beautiful, but the service attitude is completely unenthusiastic.

Good hotel for a quick stay
The hotel was modern and clean. The bed was comfortable. I didn't stay for breakfast, but the dinner in the restaurant was good. It's a fairly bare bones/basic hotel, but that was fine for just one night. My only negatives were that parking was confusing, because it looks like you're parking in the wrong hotel. Maybe a sign explaining it's for both hotels would be nice. Same with check in. If you enter the hotel from the parking lot...the Ibis desk was empty and after a while, I figured out I needed to walk through the dark empty breakfast area to get to the other hotel to check in there. A sign at the Ibis desk wouldve saved me some time. Finally, since I left early (6:00), there was no one at the desk so I could pay for parking and validate my ticket to leave. Other than that...it was a comfortable stay. Added bonuses were that it's pet friendly and I was able Chromecast from my device.

I really enjoyed this place! Breakfast was awesome amenities and the building quite nice and clean!!.
The front desk guy when I check in wasn't friendly, he was kind of rude!

Next to Mercure, sharing the same restaurant. Close to supermarket. Restaurant was fully booked during our stay because of at least 2 soccer teams have also booked at Mercure. Rooms are clean and comfortable. English speaking staff. Good breakfast.

I often go to Sibiu for work. I have never experienced such a miserable hotel. The reception is completely overwhelmed. They can't find reservations. The rooms are on the level of youth hostels. And that for 80€. There are no drinks after 10pm. Every day I had to queue at reception for 15 to 20 minutes because my room card didn't work. I'm really angry! Never again!!!
