Taipei Hotels with Airport Shuttle

Hotel is clean and located within walking distance of Taipei Arena train station.  My ATM card was eaten up by the machine at seven eleven. I informed my hotel reception that' someone will call me to come and retrieve the card. I want to commend the staff who followed up and called me back and eventually led to me retrieving my card. Good customer service. As our flight was late at night, we requested to have a quick shower at the swimming pool and it was granted. This was a good gesture and helped us fly back in comfort.

The Grand Hotel is one of the most famous hotels in Taiwan. It has a lengthy history as the first five-star hotel in the island. After living in Taiwan for a few years I decided to stay in the hotel to see what it was like. My impression is that the hotel is kind of old and is showing its age, but on the outside it still looks very distinctive. Good for taking photos. There is also the very large outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts that you can use for free, though the tennis courts seem to be fully booked at all times. I booked a room without a window to save money. The room itself is fine and I have no complaints about it, though for the price you can definitely get a bigger room elsewhere in Asia for sure. But I am already familiar with Taipei hotel prices, especially on weekends, so it is what it is. What was actually underrated about this hotel is that you can do a short hike behind the hotel and see great views of Taipei including the Taipei 101. Best to go visit on a nice day so you can get a clear view of the skyline.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was truly impressed by both its location and service. The hotel is conveniently situated near the MRT, with plenty of coffee shops and department stores just a short walk away. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and although the in-room amenities were somewhat limited, the front desk was more than happy to provide anything we needed upon request. During our stay, our baby unfortunately got sick from food poisoning, which left the bed sheets and towels in a bad state. Despite it being 2 AM, the duty manager promptly knocked on our door and offered help, including checking if we needed assistance going to the hospital. I was deeply touched by their kindness and professionalism during such a stressful moment. Thanks to the great service and ideal location, I’ll definitely be returning to stay here again in the future.

Encountered a small hiccup during our 1st night when they assigned us in a smaller room than what i have paid for. We didnt realize it at first but luckily we are travelling with friends so managed to see the room difference, reported it and all was corrected immediately. Having experienced both small and bigger room. I can safely say that the smaller rooms are advisable if you are a solo traveler otherwise bigger rooms are more spacious and highly recommended. Location is okay. nearest MRT is NTU rather than ximen station and its within a decent walking distance to ximending centre and surrounded with alot of 7-11. family mart and starbucks. Cleanliness - the rooms are clean and so are the toilet. Service - except for the lady who put us in the wrong room everything was fine and great.

Best hotel in Taipei. The hotel is wonderful and the attention to details is outstanding. Furthermore the staff is delicate and very kind and attentive. I definitely recommend this hotel and will come back.

Absolutely perfect in every sense. The rooms are well appointed, luxurious and spotless with the best air conditioning system and the biggest bathtub and bathrooms. The mini fridge and snacks are complementary and replenished everyday. The breakfast team is great and remembers where we like to sit. The staff are super polite and eager to help. Eslite stay as you are and don’t change. You have stolen my heart and I will yearn to return next time I visit Taipei.

Facilities: ⭐⭐⭐ While the basics are well-covered, the hotel lacks certain amenities like a dehumidifier and gym. These could significantly enhance the overall guest experience, especially in Taipei's humid climate. Overall, Cozzi Zhongxiao Taipei excels in key areas but has room for improvement in its facilities. I would recommend it for its convenience and exceptional service, but those looking for more extensive amenities might want to consider other options.

The room looked promising for the price and location. Really convenient from XMD mrt station and just beside the famous crispy milk donut. However cleanliness fell short. When we got our room there were 3 of these flies in the toilet and thought it was fine and manageable. However after staying till the last day, more flies were emerging and it landed on us at night which disrupted our sleep. Other than this issue. Everything else was great.

Slightly far off from ximending, however theres a shuttle evry 2 hrs to bring you to the main street. Alternatively, its around 10-15mins walk. Hotel is comfy, located opp a 24hr carrefour. They also provide free high tea voucher at the thai restaurant.
