Taipei Hotels with Shuttle Service

It is a wonderful hotel in the Taipei city,I love the surroundings,a lots of tress and also a few trails to the Main Street. I had a wonderful time in the hotel, I hate to leave it and I wish I could stay longer.this hotel treats tons of guests everyday,so make sure to be prepared for the weekend crowd.the breakfast is great,however the dinner is over priced with unpleasant food in my own opinion. I highly recommend you to go to Shilin night market hunt the local food.the hotel employees are very helpful and polite.the hotel offers free shuttle buses to connect between the hotel and Yuanshan MRT.overall this hotel worth to stay.

Highly recommended hotel . It’s near to Taipei station and underground street mall . The hotel service is exceptional ! All their staffs are very polite , their service is much better than Intercontinental and Sheraton . I am not say those two hotels are not good , but just this hotel is very exceptional ! We had a pleasant and good rest in this hotel ! Love it !

Convenient location, near to Ximending. There is washer (TWD70) and dryer (TWD50), detergent (TWD10) available. Plenty of convenience stores nearby. Breakfast choices were acceptable and nice. Overall a great place to stay for a short trip. If you have an early morning flight, can request from the reception desk to book a taxi. The taxi fare from the hotel to the airport costs around TWD1,200-1,400, journey is around 35minutes.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional—staff were friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms are not only spacious but also beautifully decorated, making it a really comfortable place to relax after a long day. The location is fantastic, with easy access to shopping and local attractions, which made exploring the area a breeze. And let’s talk about breakfast—absolutely delicious! There’s a great variety of options, and everything I tried was fresh and flavorful. Every stay here feels special, and I truly appreciate the attention to detail. I’m already looking forward to my next visit and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful experience!

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Close walk to Taipei Main Station and Taoyuan Airport MRT station for transportation (just need to figure out the right exit to enter or exit the station), walking distance to Ximenting for shopping, there are lots of eateries nearby, Chengzhong Market (城中市场 translate to Market in the city), a local market, is walking distance with lots of local food stalls. The staff are friendly and helpful. The lobby area is quite spacious with some longish siting area. There is no common area to work though. We booked 2 types of room for our group. Share Studio and Classic Twin. The Share Studio comes with 4 single beds, no window, but spacious. However, the toilet ergonomics not so good as there is no space to place toiletries in the shower cubicle except on the floor. 1 bit towel and a small towel are provided for, together with 2 paper cups for each bed. Each bed has a luggage storage area under the bed, a lockable drawer, and a small compartment for storing things. Each bed comes with a small retractable desk with its own light at the foot of the bed. The Classic Twin has better ergonomics in the toilet, and has windows to get ventilation (if needed). This room is considered more premium than the Share Studio, it comes with tea and coffee, and ceramic cups. In each room a water jug is provided for, and at least 2 water stations are available on each floor. Will I stay here again? Definitely.

The hotel’s located in a really nice area where there is the main bus line in front of it and about 10 mins walk to Taipei Main Station. It is also really close to Ximending Walking Street and night market, only 4-5 minutes walk. The staff is nice and welcoming. The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast so in the common area in front of the front desk, there are only few instant noodle packages and some beverage for guests to purchase. They also helped me a lot when I asked if they have a microwave so I can warm up my food. They helped me right away and gave me the nicely warm food in about 10 minutes. So nice of them. The room is quite small imo and not really well furnished as I expected. There’s no closet in the room so they only have a rack hanging above the table which I find pretty weird but amusing to look at. The only thing I have a slight complaint about is the wifi signal. It’s pretty bad in my room (my room is the first room, in the corner). Also, my 5G doesn’t work well in my room even though it worked perfectly outside of the hotel. If you plan to stay a few nights in the center area and just need a room to sleep, I think this hotel is a good choice.

Love this room. Not too small but just enough. The power points provided is already universal, really handy if you forgot to bring your own. The toilet and shower is separated, which is good if 2 person need to use. And the basin is outside, which I think is much more convenient. Location wise is near to XMD, about 15mins walk away, and nearby there’s lots of amnesties like FamilyMart & food shops. Would love to come back again!

Clean and big room. Daily cleaning and service recovery can be improved. Our toilet was clogged up and couldn't be used to shower because daily cleaning did not remove the hair. However hotel couldn't resolve the problem immediately at night as they didn't have engineering dept at work. There was also no service recovery for this incident.

We stayed for two nights. The service at the front desk was good, but the room was a bit old. Fortunately, we were not visiting in the summer, otherwise it would have been extremely hot. There was no air conditioning in the room or it didn't work. The room was very dry and uncomfortable, but it was not hot. The water is sufficient and great for taking a bath

The hotel is nice enough to keep the luggage before check in. Quite clean and good location. The bathroom wall tiles cracked which is not good impression. Found some bugs on the wall and ceiling.
