Taichung Hotels with Shuttle Service

Overall the hotel location is good. It is near to Taipei MRT so it is connected to HSR or Train system. Staff here is helpful and friendly. Of course I would like to say prefer the room to be slightly bigger but what can I say since the price is reasonable. The only other comment that I have is that the WiFi is abit slow and not working sometimes.

Hotel opened ~12mo ago, entire building is new. Whatever growing pains it had, the Le Meridien Taichung has figured most of them out. This brand can be hit/miss depending on city, but the Le Meridien Taichung is a great property. Well-appointed rooms are huge (60 sq m+), even the walk-in shower is huge. Lots of electrical outlets/USB for charging devices. Wi-Fi access points work everywhere in the building. Great views of the Central/East Districts and Main Station, especially at night. Amazing price point for this level of hotel quality. Service is where Le Meridien Taichung shines. Exec Lounge team so helpful, special thanks to Angel, Lisa, Irin, Yang. Concierge helped us with check-in and restaurants (Billy, Wilber, Debbie). And Marriott app chat with Front Desk works great, responded within minutes. Parking in the underground garage (elevators run directly to room floors with your key) with in/out privileges is free for guests. Front Desk will add your license plate number, cameras at gates will read it. Oddly, the Marriott app shows daily fee TWD 2400 which is almost half the daily rate. (Obviously still ironing out some stuff.)

After trying several hotels, now I always stay in Lin whenever I am in Taichung. Centrally located and best hotel. Room size is too big and breakfast buffet spread is also very vast

Location is great! Theres a taxi stop/line right in front of the hotel. There’s so many things to do and explore around the hotel, the kids love it. We enjoy the breakfast buffet too! We would like to stay there again next time!

The hotel is good and breakfast is good, however, the wifi is virually usless ! I stay here several times each year for business and every time complain about the wifi, nothing ever changes,, virtually impossible to work using the wifi , slow as hell, and kicks you out over and over again, I have to tether my laptop to my mobile phone to get useable internet connection.

What a beautiful hotel, attentive service and great attitude. The room was beautifully designed and pillows fluffy, bath salts luxurious, in fact all the details were carefully thought out. Byredo amentities, alkaline bottled water, I was even given a nice box to put my bag in at breakfast. The Chinese restaurant has amazing embroidery artwork, and the Italian / ADD has a great menu and selection of wines. I will definately try to pool and hotpot restaurant next time. Overall probably the best Intercon I have stayed at, really nice!

The hotel is in a good location, easy to get in and out. It has late night snacks and breakfast. It's great. The room is also great. The bathtub is quite big. The kids had a lot of fun. Unfortunately, the soundproofing is poor. You can hear the sounds in the corridor very clearly.

Great location ! 5 min walk to night market if you enjoy night life. There is bus stop , and convenience store near the hotel. The overall experience is great, just a bit noisy because of the traffic. Recommend for solo traveller. The guest room is clean but relatively small

There’s a store next to the Hotel and it’s right opposite to the Famous Ice Cream Shop. 🛏️ Room: Spacious,Clean and modern, has i nice view. ☕️ Breakfast: Was ok,if they could add more options it could make it better. 👩🏻💼 Service: The front desk were friendly and helpful. Id recommend it

Langshexing Hall is located at the intersection of Taiwan Avenue and Shifu Road in Taichung's old city. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Taichung Station of Taichung Railway. It is not far from the popular Miyahara Ophthalmology and the Fourth Credit Cooperative. There are many buses on Taiwan Avenue, suitable for people who do not drive. The decoration of the entire hotel has a sense of design, the lobby is small, there are many cute chairs and stools. The room size is not large. The room we stayed in is facing Shifu Road. There are large floor-to-ceiling windows so that the overall space does not feel cramped. The washstand, makeup mirror and bathroom equipment are separated and set at the entrance. There are small tables and sockets on both sides of the bed, which is convenient for putting things and charging.
