Sydney Hotels with Airport Shuttle

Service was good and attentive. We arrived early in the morning and the reception offered to send me a whasapp once my room is ready and my bags were already in the room waiting. Location is close to circular Quey and a short walk to the opera house. Staff makes u feel very welcomed. I think they charged me AUD $20 for a bucket of ice which I asked for as their chiller in the minibar was not cold enough to chill my drinks, I only saw that on my credit card after I checked out, which was unexpected but well, I can’t be bothered to challenge as it was a nice stay anyways.

The location is excellent. If you don't want to go up and down the slope, the Central Interchange subway station is right in front of the hotel. Although the building is old, it is the first international five-star hotel in Australia, but after renovation, it is still in line with the modern, simple and comfortable style. There are many self-service machines for check-in and check-out at the front desk, which is very convenient. Except for the pillow, it feels very old and smells when you lie down. Everything else is pretty standard, and there are two Virgin gyms in cooperation. If the price is right, I will consider it next time

My first review on Trip and I don't usually bother to write reviews - shows you how much the hotel impressed me. We stayed for 1 night in Capella Sydney as a family of 3. The hotel facilities were absolutely amazing, decor was gorgeous and food options at Aperture and Brasserie were awesome. However, I won't dwell on these too much as I'm sure when you booked into a Capella brand hotel, you will already assume this as a given right? One highlight in terms of facilities though, was The Living Room, which is assessible to all guests staying in the hotel. It had beverages, snacks, comfy sofas and 6 star service. We spent so much time there chilling with our son and in the end it really became ”our living room”. Enough of that, let me move on to the service which blew our minds. I'll give you a few examples and hopefully you can see why I feel it would be criminal for me not to write a review. 1. On arrival when we got out of our car and the porters were helping us with our luggage, somehow they addressed me by name. Maybe it's because they saw I had a 2 year old and I was the only guest checking in that day with a small child. Still, I was super impressed. I've only experienced this previously at Aman hotels. 2. Upon checking in, Sophie (I hope I got your name right!) was super helpful and cheerful. When she saw my young son, she also proactively asked if we needed a later check out and if our son needed to nap. She immediately offered to give us 2pm late check out. However, having told her our son actually takes his nap at 2pm, she told us to come back and check with the front desk the next day and they can extend it till 4pm. Remember, I didn't request this, she did this completely out of her own initiative. 3. We didn't book dinner and Sophie referred us to Madiha of the Cultural team. Madiha took note of all our requirements, including the need for the restaurant to be 2 year old friendly, and within 15 mins emailed me a full list of restaurants and their menus for me to choose from while she also served us drinks and snacks at the living room. We eventually picked an Italian restaurant and she made the reservation for us. Fyi, it was scrumptious. 4. After breakfast, we were walking around the lobby and my son walked past the cakeshop and saw a raspberry tart. He really wanted it but I told him we just had breakfast. Ton (?)(I hope I got your name right, the Thai gentleman with a love for cars), the manager came up and said ”you can have the tart for free! It's on the house!”. I was stunned. He also spent so much time talking to my son and showing him pictures of cars, unbelievable. Shout out also to Matthew (uncle Hao Jun) for being so warm and hospitable to us. Honestly we were feeling so sad leaving the hotel as everyone felt like friends and family to us. One thing is for sure though, we will be back. Absolutely flawless service, kudos to the Capella Sydney team!

Experience: overall a great place, would recommend. The place is situated in the CBD so was convenient to get to places. VIVID Sydeny was on at the time too. Service: the check-in process was smooth. The reception staff were super friendly and helped with quick membership registration. Facilities: everything we needed was available e.g. coffee, gym. Food: unfortunately we came on a weekend and the hotel restaurant (Solander) was not open.

The front desk service is very good👍🏻The location is great👍🏻It is very close to the port, wildlife park, aquarium and wax museum! Behind is a very prosperous commercial street! The apartment is large and has a balcony which is great. It is convenient to wash clothes, dry clothes and cook, and the kitchen utensils are clean! The TV can connect to YouTube, netflix, and Disney~

The lady at the front desk was very nice, ah, ah, awesome, and the plot staff was very cute when I stayed a few days later, and put the three dolls of our three girls on the bed. When I went back, it was super warm and tidy. , I just walked to the shopping place, and I was super close to darling harbour. I was very satisfied after five nights in Sydney. & # 128076; & # 127995; & # 128076; & # 127995;

The room is very spacious and has a bathtub. The structure was a bit unique, so it was interesting and fun. Because it is a city, there is often noise in the early morning. People who are sensitive to sleep should be careful because the warning sound keeps coming from outside for about 10 minutes in the early morning and then stops. I am satisfied with everything! :))

Impressive lobby. Nice restaurant and bar. Front desk is polite & efficient if somewhat cold and robotic. Rooms are not sound proofed from the outside- stayed on the 4th level in a deluxe room- windows weren't double glazed and seal was poor- traffic & street noise audible and disruptive to sleep. Draft coming in from the poorly sealed windows can be felt. Otherwise the room was reasonably comfortable- bedding was comfy, the usual amenities and large enough TV screen. The bathroom was cramped and small, just functional. Overall, not sure if I will return again given the poor soundproofing of the rooms. The only advantage is its proximity to the international airport terminal. Otherwise just an average stay.
