The West Wing has no front desk and no staff, so after checking in at the main building, you have to use your room key to enter the West Wing, which is locked. The rooms don't have an auto-lock, so it's easy to forget to lock your door. Aside from that, there is a large public bath and the breakfast is delicious.

It was within walking distance of Shin-Shirakawa Station, had all the amenities, and the breakfast was satisfying. I was in the West Wing, but the only disappointing thing was that instead of using a card key, I had to leave the key in the lobby of a separate building every time I went out.

I was satisfied with the large communal bath and the rich breakfast. However, I had requested a non-smoking room, but they gave me a smoking room, which was a minus. The location was within walking distance of the station, and the price was reasonable.

I used it when I participated in a music festival. The people at the front desk were very kind and made me feel comfortable. The room is a room with a west building bath. It had been cleaned. Above all, the bed was very large and wonderful! Breakfast was also delicious. It was close to the station, so I wanted to use it again.

The air conditioning was not working properly but they fixed it right away. Breakfast was delicious.
