今次租住了白濱這家溫泉酒店，個人覺得非常值得，房間新淨，有獨立浴室和私人風呂，入住時職員有提出可到lounge飲嘢，攞小禮物同梳洗用具，我倆即刻去嘆咗兩杯生啤，這安排非常貼心。晚餐可安排6點或7點開始，食材非常豐富, 鮑魚好鮮味，熊野和牛都好好味。每次上餐職員都有講解，雖然溝通有困難，但佢地都好盡心用Google translate翻譯比我地。服務真是無得頂。
我原先買咗梅酒打算喺房間喝，正擔心怎樣問他們攞冰塊，點知一入房就有一大個食用冰冰桶放置喺櫃面，即時覺得酒店真係好貼心啊！
第二朝早餐可以揀9點開始，因我倆打算起身再浸一次溫泉，早餐同樣豐富，食到要攬住個肚上房。
總括嚟講這次體驗好好，好值得推介啊！

They went above and beyond by using a translation machine to greet and communicate with us, and they patiently introduced us to their lovely diner in great detail, one by one. The table mezzanine in the room is full of dust!
The hair dryer exploded while in use, and my finger was injured. The hotel only provided ointment, and I bandaged it myself, but nothing else was done!
When checking out, we were given 2 boxes of snacks as a gift, and there was no other compensation!
Very improper disposal! It’s not like a high-end hotel program!
