It's decent for the money, i guess, since everything in Shirahama is pretty damn expensive, but overall a mixed experience.
My guess is that hotel is run by an elder couple. They're trying their best, but there's only so much they can do. Building is old and shows a lot of signs of wear, although, the bedding and toiletries are fine. The room was cleaned daily.
Photos are a bit deceiving because they don't show an elephant in the room - big metal door that isn't much soundproof.
Hotel is located at the edge of the city, but it's only a 15-20 minutes walk to the beach or 3-5 minute ride on a bus. But the famous Sandanbeki cave is near and there are many paths to the beautiful cliffs.
Also, you can smoke everywhere in hotel, so no non-smoking rooms.

這家酒店是我所有這麼多年最差勁的體驗。實話説，這是一家日本人酒店。環境還算乾淨，設施雖不説多麼新，但是也還行。但是酒店前台是一個大概60-70歲的日本男性。我衹住了一天。酒店的退房時間寫的是7-11點。我在10:40突然有一個跨國會議，我怕結束不了，我就讓女朋友（她會日語）下樓跟前台溝通一下我可否延遲大概十分鐘退房，後來我得知，酒店前台知道後非常態度不好的説，不。我隨後收拾東西就下樓準備跟前台溝通，我跟他溝通的時候是10:48，我還跟他看了時間，我們可否在酒店大堂的邊上有會客區域把這個會議開完。對方説，不，我説就幾分鐘，他直接要趕我們走。我從沒見過這麼垃圾的服務，從來沒有。我全程用英文，但是我儘量説的簡單一點，我説10 minutes，他聽明白了。也要趕我們出來。後來我們就要走，他趕出來説5minutes，我根本不想在這裏待了。他的態度非常非常差。我出行在外我會協助把酒店簡單收拾一下，絕不會出現酒店很亂的給到客服人員。但是這樣的酒店服務，我衹能用一個垃圾形容。我後來跟攜程聯繫，他們跟酒店聯繫後酒店回覆説，怕我們有貴重物品丟失所以不讓我們用會客區域。我真的想罵娘，雖然經過攜程協調，免了這個一天的房費。但是太噁心了，這家酒店。我對日本的印象大打折扣。

Thái độ nhân viên phục vụ tệ và phòng ốc cũ không có gì đặc biệt, máy sấy tóc trong phòng cũng không có. Tôi đã đặt phòng có cửa nhìn ra biển nhưng thực sự chỉ nhìn được 1 chút từ xa còn lại bị cây bên đường che hết chứ không như trên ảnh của khách sạn đã đăng tải lên.

這是我入住過的最差酒店，沒有之一，感覺是*******的聚集地。整個酒店是避難所改造的，房門時破舊的生銹的鐵門，走廊上有超級無敵大蜘蛛在頭頂上等着你。在這個鳥不拉屎的地方要是出點事，那是叫天天不應的。房間小的連一個行李箱都打不開，我訂的還是三人房。具體請來看看現場照片，個人覺得改成**會更合適。
