We stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days with my 2-year-old son. After making the reservation, I was worried that the amount of food would be insufficient (my husband and I are big eaters), but the standard portion was more than enough, and I was surprised at how luxurious it was and was full to the brim. My son is a small eater, so he shared mine, but we were still very satisfied. The rooms were also cleaned nicely. However, as other reviews have said, there was some dirt and trash in and around the shower room. As for customer service, although there were a few foreigners, all the staff were really kind and considerate, and they spoke Japanese politely and well, and were very soothing. My husband and I have decided that we will stay here from now on!

I was planning to go on a day trip, but ended up staying overnight. I made a reservation because it was the only place available. The appearance was clean, but the contents were ordinary.
