I am a regular vistior to the hotel. Food services are excellent . Chef Aneesh always tries to fullfil our requirement , with delicious cusine. Staff is also very cooperative. Raman and suriender always gives us great hospitality experience. We are happy as elysium is near by only. One of the luxurious hotels in shimla. Visit and feel the difference .

Excellent experience to start a trip through the Himalaya . Very friendly and helpful service. Good food. Clean and cosy rooms.

The Hotel is clean, the rooms and bathrooms are clean, airy and well maintained. The staff, in general, is uber-courteous. The Restaurant staff is par-excellence, always with a smile and a namaste and ever eager to fulfil every request. The Reception staff is extra accommodating. Only two points of feedback (both of which are systemic) and nothing to do with the staff : (1) the free wifi has some kind of inbuilt time and capacity constraint, which needs to be reset every now and then; and (2) when asking for a 2nd key card for the room, the system disables the first when a second is activated. Both these points are easily solvable and are unnecessary for a hotel which is otherwise a true home away from home.

The stay at welcomheritage Elysium was wonderful i totally loved the services and food. Location is good staff is really outstanding. Would recommend this hotel for sure.

We loved every aspect of our stay. The property is located in a strategic location overlooking the mountains and the valley. Every room has a view of the valley. The staff is wonderful, attentive and happy to serve. At dinner time, F&B manager Surender Paul and Chef Vyas Dev took special care of our food. The quality of the food is great and the variety is plentiful. I have been to more than 50 five star properties around the world and this is one of them.

My recent stay at hotel elysium was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a truly memorable experience. The staff's attentiveness and genuine desire to ensure my comfort were evident throughout my stay, echoing the importance of excellent service in creating a positive guest experience. Lastly every staff was courteous but specially Mr. Shubham from reception was always up to the mark.
