The room was different than the one shown in the pictures while booking. The wasroom was not clean, there were webcobs, floor was stained, no toileteries were present, cups were missing, drinking water wasn't there. Bathing water wasn't available even after many reminders.

Serenity of Bustling Shimla City
It was a pleasant stay. Staff and owner are very cordial and helpful. It is a fantastic property in a prime location, yet away from city noise. Surrounded by dense forest, the property is a must visit

Les photos ne correspondent plus au site actuel. Le bâtiment principal n'est pas accessible aux clients et un énorme chantier est en cours de construction entre la maison principale et l'annexe où se trouvent les chambres et la salle de séjour, ce qui défigure l'ensemble. Service minimum et majoration de 2% si on veut payer par carte.

If you’re looking for a place with character, Shimla British Resort is it! The mix of antique furniture, cozy rooms, and intricate woodwork really made our stay special. The weather in Shimla was cool and crisp, and the resort’s warmth and comfort were exactly what we needed. Babita’s hospitality and the fantastic food made it all the more enjoyable!

I absolutely loved my stay at Shimla British Resort. The weather was perfect, and the cozy feel of the Scottish Villa Rooms made it even better. The antique wood furnishings added so much charm to the place, and every corner of the resort felt like a piece of history. The bonfire in the cool evenings was a perfect way to unwind. Highly recommend this gem!

The moment we stepped into Shimla British Resort, we were in awe of the lovely antique furniture and beautiful woodwork that gave the place a true heritage feel. The cozy bedrooms were perfect for the chilly weather, and waking up to the cool Shimla breeze was so refreshing. Babita and the team were always around to assist, making our stay all the more pleasant. A must-visit if you love history and comfort!

Our family had an amazing time at Shimla British Resort. We took advantage of the nature walk, and it was a perfect way to explore the serene surroundings. The kids enjoyed the garden filled with colorful flowers. Babita made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay, and the bonfire in the evening brought all the guests together. Truly a magical experience!
